« Susan was the perfect host and we enjoyed the property location. Shopping, restaurants and a beautiful park all within walking distance of the property. The property was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was spacious and well stocked. We would stay here on our next visit to Franklin. »

« This was our 2nd stay. It never disapoints. You can spend time with family in the pool and game room. Clean and plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood with plenty to do and see in Columbia or Nashville. The house is beautiful and always feels like home. »

Inside, it felt like stepping into our own home—cozy, spacious, and incredibly quiet.The large windows in every room offered lovely views of the outdoors, where we enjoyed watching bunnies, birds, and dragonflies throughout our stay. « Great time competing in the Senior games and seeing the sights in Franklin. This house is in a great location and will definitely book again if the need arises. The only suggestion I have is either an ice maker or ice trays would be helpful. »

« The house was very clean and in a cute, quiet neighborhood. The yard was fenced and well maintained. We spent our mornings out there with our coffee. The open floor plan made the house seem very spacious. We really enjoyed the place. It was close to The Factory and downtown. Our host were prompt and answered all of our questions. « Very clean. Nice amenities: snacks, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, cute night light, fan, washer/dryer, nice towels, WiFi. Appreciated the laminated instructions for the facility. Kitchen was well-appointed. Slept well on the Purple mattress. Struggled with getting TV to function. I believe the guests before me signed out of the TV account despite the instructions to NOT sign out. »

« Property was more than adequate for our group of three. Neighborhood was generally quiet, and home furnishings and appliances were recent and functional with the exception of the dishwasher. « Everything was justed as we had pictured. Hostess was amazing. We had driven 13 hours through the night, checkin not until 3pm. We arrived in town at 630ish, grabbed breakfast and toured around a bit to acclimate ourselves to the town. I realize that the housekeepers need time between families to clean, launder bedding and get things ready for the next visitors. She agreed to have the place ready for us by 1pm. These 2 hours meant alot to four older women who had been up since 5am the prior day....

« What a lovely getaway! Drove in for a mid-week concert in Nashville and lucked out finding this most precious property, for a couple extra days, just a short drive south. It is as picture perfect as the listing shows, literally steps away from all that Leiper’s Fork has to offer and just a short drive to Franklin and its beautiful downtown. The home is so quaint and beautifully decorated, comfy beds, all the amenities… every door and step and window telling the remarkable story of its history....

« Stayed here for a concert at FirstBank Amphitheater. Short drive to the venue, and lots to do nearby! Got invited to the barn to meet the horses on arrival, as it was feeding time. Went over to the fence the next morning, and one walked right over to say hi. Loved the space! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. »
