Overall good, but a few serious complaints. Firstly, although it looked as though the stairs to the creek had been recently constructed there was already a step that had collapsed, so that the descent to the creek was quite dangerous.Secondly, while there is ample sleeping room for many visitors it should be noted that the largest bedroom (with the most beds) is in the basement. The basement is finished but there is a strong odor of mildew in the lower part of the house.The entryway was peculiar. The front door has been blocked by the refrigerator in the kitchen so it is necessary to enter through the garage. This means the very first thing a guest encounters is a moldy smelling garage that has been set up as a card playing room. Very Strange! There is another front entrance that opens into a welcoming living area on the other side of the house and I think the owners should consider making that the primary entrance.
