Levication Cedar is a large, quiet apartment suited to extended families, with a bright living room facing the Sea of Galilee.

• Spacious living room with sofas, an armchair and a TV, and a sliding glass door to the main balcony
• A raised dining area framed by wooden beams, open to the living room, with a long table for the whole family and windows facing the lake
• Fully equipped kitchen with a round table: 4-door refrigerator, oven, ceramic cooktop, capsule coffee machine and kitchenware
• 2 balconies with seating: the main one with a panoramic view of the Sea of Galilee, and the second off a bedroom that also has its own TV
• Air conditioning
• 1 private parking space and plenty of street parking

Guest Access:
The entire apartment and both balconies are yours throughout your stay, including the kitchen and all amenities listed above. The Levication team is available via the messaging system for anything you need.

The Neighborhood:
Levication Cedar is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Tiberias, with open views of the Sea of Galilee.

• A large synagogue and a mikveh for men and women farther down the street
• The Tiberias promenade, the Sea of Galilee beaches and family attractions around the lake are a short drive away

A comfortable base for a family vacation around the Sea of Galilee and the Galilee.

Getting Around:
Easy to reach by car, with a private parking space for the apartment. Local taxis are readily available. Tiberias central bus station is a short drive away, with direct lines to Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem and Bnei Brak. Private airport transfers can be arranged in advance through the Levication team.

Pricing and VAT: the rate shown is the tourist rate for guests holding a B/2 tourist visa, which is exempt from Israeli VAT. Israeli citizens and residents, and any guest unable to present a valid B/2 visa, will be charged an additional 18% VAT on the full booking amount before arrival. After booking we will ask for a copy of your passport and visa page.

Levication Cedar is a quiet family apartment, intended exclusively for families, including extended families. Parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties and groups of young people are not permitted at any of our properties.

Shabbat-ready amenities are included: electric hot plate (plata), hot water urn (mechum), refrigerator with Shabbat mode, and walking distance to active synagogues.
