Appartement bien peut être frigo trop petit si vous êtes nombreux, bien exposé pour centre ville et petite randonnée la seule surprise que nous avons eu est lors du paiement nous avons sans le savoir utiliser notre carte bleue hors zone européenne entrainant des frais bancaires supplémentaire

Désolé, vous avez eu des frais bancaires inattendus, mais il s'agissait d'un problème entre vous et VRBO et n'a rien à voir avec mon appartement ou son emplacement. Je n'ai aucune influence sur les frais bancaires qu'ils imposent aux clients payants.

Un séjour d'été très reposant à Tignes, dans un appartement clair, confortable et très bien aménagé, à proximité de toutes les commodités et de nombreuses activités. C'était un 2e séjour dans cet appartement pour nous : toujours aussi satisfaits !

L'appartement est bien situé et fonctionnel. Il y a des rangements tres pratiques. Il manque juste une machine a laver et un étendoir ppour le linge. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

I’m sorry you felt that way, the bedlinen is regularly replaced and over the years nobody else has ever raised this as an issue.

Tignes est une destination pour nous randonneurs qui nous correspond totalement.
Les plus : l’appartement est très bien situé, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes sans vis à vis, la chambre est dotée d’un très bon et très large lit, le fait d’avoir le linge de fourni est un vrai plus. Le moins : il faudrait changer les fenêtres, ses dernières sont de la construction de l’immeuble et elles laissent passées autant le bruit que le froid. Quelques petites choses à améliorer qui n’entache pas le bon séjour que nous avons passé, des étagères dans la salle de douche ainsi que dans la douche et un dérouleur de papier wc serait pratique, manque une pelle et mettre un balai plus conforme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir l’année prochaine dans cette location.

Très bon séjour
Appartement très bien situé au VAL CLARET, vous garez la voiture au pied et tout se fait à pied et/ou navettes ensuite Dans une résidence sécurisée avec ascenseur. Belle pièce de vie avec beaucoup de lumière, très agréable. Une belle et grande chambre et une seconde avec lit superposé, suffisante pour le couchage. Sdb un peu petite. Balcon vue montagne Plus : situation, mobilier récent, belle résidence, possibilité d'avoir des cartes Mytignes pour les activités ! Moins : L'insonorisation n'est pas excellente par rapport au couloir (ennuyant si les voisins rentrent tard le soir), pas de machine à laver (mais laverie à 5mn) Merci à Gary pour les échanges et sa réactivité, merci aux gestionnaire sur place pour leurs écoutes

Appartement bien placé l’été ... mais l’état général n’est mais top
Le contact avec Gary est vraiment parfait : réponse rapide et précise. La procédure d’arriver Est également très bien assurée avec un organisme local et le contact est très sympathique. L’appartement est plutôt bien agencé avec deux vraies chambres. Il est également très bien situé pour l’ete. Pour l’hivers ...(?), cela me semble loin des pistes. La propriété était assez bonne, mais pas de nettoyage dans le détail (derrière de meuble, ...) Je déplore certaines parties : - électricité deux prises HS, branchement du frigo via multiprises ..... - étagère du frigo cassées, rangement tte difficile. Une partie freezer aurait été appréciée. - poignées de porte à refixer ... - manque de crochets et étagère dans la sdb, Manque un ou deux placards pour mettre ses affaires. Nous aurions également apprécié d’avoir de vrais couteaux de cuisine.

Parfait
Nous connaissions déjà Tignes, toujours aussi agréable été comme hiver. Quant à l’appartement, il est propre et agréable. Nous étions un couple avec 3 enfants et nous y étions très bien. Le propriétaire est réactif pour répondre aux mails, tout s’est bien passé. Merci pour ce séjour .

Un très bel appartement
Merci, Gary, c'est vraiment un très bel appartement que vous avez ; tout est parfait ou presque ; même si nous n'avons pas vu physiquement la personne chargée de nous donner les clés tout est prévu et bien clair. L'appartement est rénové avec goût et de qualité ; il est plutôt grand et bien agencé ; la décoration est simple mais présente et avec goût. Le point négatif est la qualité des huisseries des fenêtres extérieures : tout le bruit passe et le froid également. Mais supportable niveau bruit car c'est calme la nuit ; pour le froid, c'est limite. Pour toutes les autres critiques que j'ai pu lire dans les avis de votre appartement, elles sont un peu exagérées (serrure casier, ...) ; si, un point à revoir : ne donner qu'un seul trousseau de clé pour toute une famille, c'est dommage et complique un peu. A noter pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge qui prennent des cours ESF ou autre : cela fait un peu loin (mais nous l'avions vu et le savions avant de réserver ; c'est juste pour information). Bonne continuation.

appartement 2 à 3 etoiles
appartement très lumineux mais assez froid(vanne bloquée sauf dans la salle de bain et simple vitrage). Les serrures sont à changer que ce soit celle de l'appartement ou celle du casier à ski car on perd un temps fou à essayer de tourner la clef pour que ça aille. Au niveau de la cuisine, il y a bien un lave vaisselle qui ne lave qu'un quart de la vaisselle ( et donc à vérifier), du coups on a fait la vaisselle à la main. Du coups, la vaisselle dans les armoires était sale quand nous sommes arrivés. Manque cruel de casseroles car difficile de faire un spaghetti bolognaise pour 4 personnes avec ce que nous avions. Des verres cassés dans les armoires, tasses sales, poêle tellement usée que l'on préfère éviter de l'utiliser. Salle de bain agréable et avec un radiateur qui nous réchauffait enfin. La chambre enfant est petite mais pas besoin de plus. La chambre double est spacieuse, lumineuse, couette légère par rapport au froid de canard de l'appartement. Très mauvaise organisation pour la remise de l'adresse et l'organisation des clefs. J'ai reçu la veille de mon départ l'adresse avec une vague explication en me demandant de recontacter la personne en arrivant à 30 km de la station. Stressant pour un départ en vacances un minimum organisé... Beaucoup de point à améliorer avant d'afficher un 4 étoiles!!!! Bref, bon potentiel mais un manque de suivi et de contact avec la personne qui est censé gérer sur place. Dommage mais bonne semaine et neige à gogo...

Desolé que vous sentiez l'appartement était froid, mais les fenêtres sont à double vitrage et les radiateurs peuvent être ajustés. Ce que je suis plus déçu est le fait que vous étiez désagréable avec mon gestionnaire de station qui m'a envoyé une copie de votre correspondance avec elle. Son examen de votre attitude aurait été moins de cinq étoiles . Décevant pour vous et pour elle.

What a fabulous little apartment
Really reluctant to write this review as we want to keep this little treasure to ourselves! It is brilliant. We stayed as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teens. It is probably the best equipped apartment we've ever hired. It is compact but it has everything you need and even the table (Which comfortably sits 6) packs away for more space. We didn't use the sofa bed, we wanted the two bedrooms and a separate living space and it was perfect. We were there for christmas and even managed to make a roast dinner! The photos aren't up to date and the furniture in the lounge is better than the photos. The bucket chairs aren't there and they have been replaced by 2 larger, comfy chairs. It was perfect for us. The TV is large (not like the images) with a variety of english channels (We took a TV stick so that we could watch netflix etc. The ktichen has everything you need, including sharp knives etc. We took a few of our own diswasher tablets and cleaning bits but there were some items under the sink. The sherpa supermarket is just around the corner. Gary (the host) was great and phoned us the day before. He explained where to get the lift down to the bus (By the side of precision ski!) and made some restaurant recommendations and explained about the apartment and how to get in / out. It was fantastic. Always warm, boot room and ski lockers near to the entrance, a manned reception, a common room / seating area downstairs and the whole building was always lovely and warm. Thanks Garry!!

Good location, responsive host, occasional noise from hallway but otherwise, quiet; comfortable bed, functional kitchen but be aware the fridge is small (counter height). Bring your own soaps and basic cooking oils, salt, etc. as none are provided, while free parking is available nearby in summer, it fills quickly and stays filled. Overall, good stay.

Great location , great resort
We had a fantastic week over Christmas and new year, good weather and snow . The building offers good facilities for shoes and skies. The flat has lovely views although the balcony is tiny. Our arrival could have been a little smoother but was all settled once we found the caretaker. The flat is being advertised for 6. There was 5 of us and that was enough. The sofa bed in the lounge is not the most comfortable and it is pretty impossible to put a fitted sheet on . The flat is perfectly located for shops and bars and is a 5mins walk from the Tufs lift.

Verblijf appartement Val Claret
Het appartement is niet groot maar er is voldoende ruimte voor een gezin, het ligt zeer dichtbij de parkeergarage en dichtbij de winkels en skiverhuur. De dichtstbijzijnde skilift ligt op zo'n 500 meter loopafstand, maar dit is goed te doen. Wij hebben hier voor de 2e keer een fijne week gehad!

Thank you so much for a fabulous week over new year. Apartment was exactly as advertised and TV was brilliant! We have two teenagers and they ended up sharing the bunk room but one sleeping on the sofa bed so everyone had loads of space. Views were superb and such a gem of a place to come back to every evening. Location within Espace Killy was brilliant- we easily managed to get to both ends of the piste map and everywhere in between. I would highly recommend this apartment and am just working out our next trip back! Definitely a good idea to book parking in the busy weeks . Thank you and looking forward to the next trip. Great apartment in Tignes, Val claret. Very spacious - the double bedroom is massive! Very well equipped and the English TV was great for those nights you’re too tired to go out. Views from the apartment were fabulous and Gary (the owner) couldn’t have been anymore helpful - thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great accommodation, great location
This apartment is well equiped (nice to have a king size bed), in a great location for skiing and very close to supermarket, restaurants etc. Excellent free bus service. Lots of activities right on the door step from snow tubing, dog sledding (huskys), cinema along with great bus service to other resorts, if not skiing. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

A fun filled holiday .
Very easy walk from where Ben's Bus dropped us. The view from the balcony and the main room was lovely . I also liked the view from our bedroom. The facilities were all very comfortable . The check in / out process was well organised. Walking across the Lake for the New Year fireworks was excellent . My husband and I went snow shoeing with the Guided tour company ; just down from the Tourist Office . A short few minutes from the accommodation. Jerome was an excellent guide. Going for a walk off piste from the Grande Motte was a highlight. The boys enjoyed skiing each day ; skiing all the way to Le Fornet where the Off Piste area is safe and not so busy. We visited the markets on the Sunday in Val du Lac. Delicious cheeses , cakes etc all local produce . The toboggan ride in the evenings from Val du Lac was well worth the money. We were fortunate with the weather . Sunny every day . All in all a fun week .

Clean, well stocked apartment in a great location. 'Compact' but there's so much to do in Tignes that's not an issue plus the bonus English Freeview kept the kids entertained when we were in.

Had to unblock shower drain full of hair; dishwasher left too many dishes dirty, toilet handle falls off and traps unwary user. Otherwise a splendid apartment, roomy and well equipped; 5 minute walk to lifts.

Wonderful apartment in Val Claret
A group of 4 of us stayed in Gary's apartment, and had an absolutely fantastic time. Helped along by amazing ski conditions, Gary's apartment was the perfect base camp for long days on the slopes, equipt with everything we needed. Comfortable in size for the 4 of us (I think would have been a tight squeeze with any more), with a very clean & modern bathroom and great shower facilities. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Val Claret, and would definitely look at returning in the future!

Beutiful apartment
Great location, and beautiful views from this apartment. Some sharp knives would have been beneficial and toilet roll on arrival would be more convenient for those who arrive after the sherpa closes. There is no way to escape the streetlight in the main bedroom which is beyond the control of the owner but definitely prevents a good night's sleep if you like a dark room. With the exception of the knives the kitchen is extremely well equipped and great for cooking in. The lounge area is extremely comfortable and spacious, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great rental
Everything you need for a great holiday, close to ski lifts and bars and restaurants. The apartment is bright and clean with a well appointed kitchen area, comfy beds and a great shower, what else can you ask for?

A well located flat with valley and mountain views.
Wonderful views! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and generally well equipped. We enjoyed our stay, the flat suited us very well, especially as our family live on floor 6. There were a few things, however, which would have improved our visit. The bedding was inadequate on cold nights. (We remedied this by using one of the duvets from the bunk beds.) A sharp knife would have helped, as would a hand towel in the kitchen and a little more loo roll to get us started. Thanks for a great holiday.

Great apartment, fabulous resort, highly recommended
We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers, and we found the apartment had everything we needed. It is spacious, lovely and warm, and very well equipped. We especially liked the English channels on the TV, the WIFI, the very comfortable beds, the constant hot water and the stunning views out of every window. The kitchen has everything you need, and the apartment was spotlessly clean on our arrival. Check-in and check-out was very easy, and Gary promptly answered any questions we had. It was reassuring to know that there was a manager in Tignes should we need to contact someone, and we were telephoned a week before our departure to ask how we would like the beds made up, and to find out if we had any questions. We really liked the location of the apartment. It is a very short walk to the extremely well-stocked supermarket, a bakery and ski-hire shops. It is about a five minute walk to the nearest chair lift, and from there you can ski the short distance to the other lifts in Val Claret. The apartment was very quiet at night. Tignes is fantastic. A huge skiing area, and even after a week of skiing all day every day, we never managed to ski all the runs. Despite going late in the season, there was still lots of snow around and we were blessed with a gloriously sunny week. There is something for everyone, including some great snow parks, lots of mountain restaurants and free shuttle buses should you need them. We never had to queue for lifts. In short, a fantastic resort, and a fabulous apartment. Thank you Gary and we would love to return in the future.

Great views. Great service. Everything as it was in the pictures
We had a great week. Snow was a bit on and off but thanks to the view we could deside when would venture out. The flat is exactly as it looked and the service team and owner really helpfull.

Fantastic property exactly as advertised
We had a fantastic week in Tignes Val Claret in this apartment. The descriptions given on the website were accurate and the property was clean and well maintained with plenty of room for a family of 4. It was a bit further from the ski lifts than we would have liked but that was the only slight negative. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Tignes Val Claret.

Very lovely App.!!!
We stayed with 4 people at Garys App.! Everything was nice and we had a great holiday full of skiing! The only thing we were missing was a heater for the ski and snowboardboots. If we will visit Val Claret again, Gary's App will be our choice :) Greetings from Germany! Jan, Marie, Marco, Anna

Great apartment and location
Great apartment with the two bedrooms and all facilities. Walk to lifts is around 5 minutes so not too far. Overall great.
