« Love this property and stay every time we are in Richmond. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The property is on a great location and it’s beautiful. The bar and restaurant and room service are all great too! »

« Perhaps this is a more general hotel thing cutting corners and not including stuff that used to be standard but there is basically no housekeeping. They change towels (no fresh linens, no cleaning) every other day. Literally we got new towels and a roll of toilet paper. Supposedly if you stay a week they clean the room. I’m sure it saves them a ton of money but the savings sure don’t seem to be passed on to the customer. We could have used the floor vacuumed but not gonna happen! There...

« Tu he inside of the hotel really need to be renovated. The bedroom and bathroom was very outdated, everything needs to be updated. Bed was confortable. Breakfast terrible. We stayed there because of its location and reasonable price. »

« Had a great time with the pinball machines and game systems! Kids loved them too! And it was a great location right by the highway, but in a quiet neighborhood. »

« The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing. Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect. »

Construction workers worked during the night at 11pm and later and we could hear them sawing and banging on the floor below us. They are renovating the second floor and we were on the third floor. The next morning we came down for breakfast and was told they ended it at 9am due to no one come down prior to 9am. The room was decent but the overall look of the hotel and parking lot was not...

« The hotel was nice and clean. It is only about 18 months old. Everything in the room was great. The only issue is there is no airport shuttle service. Otherwise it was a good stay. »

« J'avais fait une réservation à Holiday Inn Express Richmond Downtown et je me suis retrouvée avec une réservation à Holiday Inn Express Richmond Airport. Je ne l'ai pas vu suffisamment à temps pour obtenir la même chambre à Downtown. Aussi, j'ai perdu du temps à prendre chaque jour avec le taxi pour me rendre à Downtown pour assister à ma conférence. J'ai été déçu de cette erreur . »
