The Space: Designed with contemporary coastal living in mind, this home is filled with natural light, clean lines, and a warm modern feel. Floor-to-ceiling windows (with no blinds in some areas) open the kitchen and living space to a covered outdoor patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience that can be enjoyed year-round — even during stormy West Coast days.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream — fully equipped and thoughtfully designed with plenty of prep space, modern appliances, and a quartz island where friends and family can gather while meals are being prepared.

The layout is ideal for two couples or small groups, featuring one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor with a walk-in rain shower, and a second bedroom and bathroom upstairs complete with a luxurious soaker tub.

Situated on a corner lot surrounded by large trees, the home offers a beautiful natural setting. However, due to the location and minimal window coverings, privacy in the main living, kitchen, and patio areas is limited. This home is best suited for guests who appreciate bright, open spaces and lots of natural light.

You’re just across the road from Mackenzie Beach and within walking distance to some of Tofino’s best eateries and shops. The multi-use path is right outside your door, making it easy to bike or stroll 1 km to Chesterman Beach or 3 km into downtown Tofino for even more restaurants, boutiques, and galleries.


***On-Site Caretaker Suite – Tofino Bylaw: Please note that, in accordance with Tofino Bylaws for licensed vacation rentals, a long-term tenant resides on the property in a separate caretaker suite. This requirement helps support the local community by ensuring that long-term housing remains available for people who live and work in Tofino. Guests have full and private access to the entire vacation rental they have booked. The only shared area is the driveway/parking area. The caretaker has their own separate living space, so guests can still enjoy the privacy and comfort of the vacation rental throughout their stay. This tenant lives in a home behind the vacation rental.

* Guest Limit: This house has a strict 4 guest max.
*Age min: must be 25 years or older to book
*During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments.
*3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
*NO pets allowed: Please note: This property does not allow pets. Very strict. If you show up with a pet we have the right to request that you check out.

Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!

Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation. No changes can be made within the 30 days.
Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
