We enjoyed the hotel rooms! They were very clean and quiet rooms. We also loved the buffet style breakfast that was served there. It’s also very convenient that the hotel is connected to the international section of the airport. Would come back again!

Super convenient when flying out of Haneda. Small but comfortable rooms, full amenities. Worth every penny to include the ticket to the onsen spa on the 12th floor. The spa really pushes it over the top.

This location is perfect after a long flight. We needed to stay overnight to catch a connecting flight next morning. So we didn’t want to stay far from the airport. About 5 mins walkway from custom.

Very convenient for staying at right before our flight home. There's not a ton nearby to do (as it is right near the airport) so not ideal for more than a night or two at most. There were great restaurants in the building, some fun shopping to pass the time before our flight, and the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating with bag check as we arrived prior to our check in time.
