« Lovely cosy hotel with loads of history and great location. Room was clean, if a bit cramped and bed comfortable. A mirror other than the one in the bathroom would have been Lovely friendly staff. We would definitely stay again. »

« Staff not very friendly (both on check in and check out). It seemed as if they would like to be anywhere except where they were then and there and they did not seem keen to help with anything. The walls are very thin and people speaking in the corridor sound like they are in your room. You can also hear everything outside. Did not have a good night's sleep and would not book to stay here again. »
