„Jede Frage und jede Bitte wurde beachtet. House Keeping hat z. B. fehlende Ausstattung in der Zimmerküche umgehend hochgebracht. Die Lage ist perfekt Nähe Hauptbahnhof und in unmittelbarer Nähe U-Bahn und Lebensmittel-Geschäfte. Einziger Nachteil: Parken in Downtown problematisch. Wenn man Hotelparken nutzen möchte hohe Gebühren, da direkt in Downtown. Nur zum einchecken (Anmelden und Koffer ausladen) stand sofort ein Polizist neben unserem Auto. „wir haben die Panoramic Suite gebucht. diese liegt im 49. Stock und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Stadt Toronto. Wir sind mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Wir haben eine Rundreise gemacht und dies war mit Abstand der beste Übernachtungs-Ort. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, die Parkgarage im eigenen Haus sehr gut. Die Lage und Ausblick hervorragend. nicht mal 10 Minuten zu Fuss waren wir mitten im Zentrum, wo das grösste Einkaufszentrum liegt.“

„Loved the patio and the neighborhood was very chill and walkable. Hop on the street car steps from your door. Having a place to park was so nice! The unit is very lovely and the finishes are stylish. Lots of little extras...ear plugs if you aren't used to city sounds, which weren't bad during our stay...Brita pitcher...Nice grill on the Patio...Recycling...Soft robes...Comfortable bed with lots of fluffy pillows. „The apartment is located very central (near CN Tower and Rogers Centre) and is very good equiped. We had a spectacular view to the skyline of Toronto from our apartment. The main bedroom is perfect. The sofa bed in the livingroom was damaged and not really clean so as the livingroom , when we arrived. Good staff, very helpful. Thank! No possibility to store your luggage when you don‘t already leave after check-out. So you have to use external luggage store.“

„A welcoming and warm place to stay with peaceful energy abundant in every room, the staff and the details. We equally enjoyed the greenhouse style lobby, rooftop pool and 1 Kitchen restaurant. We will come back to find out if the ubiquitous plants are actually providing the clean air atmosphere or a secret source of oxygen is at play. „Location is great, we liked the proximity to street car and a lot can be done by foot. The Appartement has everything you can ask for, the only downside is the elevator situation. Only three elevators for the whole building is not enough, the waitin line is insane.“

„Ich habe das „Exklusive-Apartment“ mit einem Schlafzimmer gebucht und war insgesamt überwiegend zufrieden. Der Ausblick aus dem Apartment ist einfach umwerfend und lässt einen über weniger schöne Kleinigkeiten hinwegsehen. Besonders anstrengend habe ich empfunden, dass man in den Wochen zuvor viele E-Mails mit persönlichen Daten hin und her schreiben muss, um vom Global Day Team überhaupt die Check in Informationen zu erhalten. Sie verlangen, dass man ein Foto von seinem Reisepass per E-Mail ...

"Schöne geräumige ruhige Zimmer. Lage war sehr gut, da man fast überall zu Fuß hinlaufen konnte. CN Tower nur knappe 10Mins zu Fuß. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück für kanadische Verhältnisse."

"Zimmer war geräumig, freudlich eingerichtet und sehhr sauber. Konnte verdunkelt werden und vom Fluglärm war drinnen kaum etwas zu hören. Im Parkhaus nebenan konnten wir unseren Mietwagen kostenlos parken. Frühstück nach Wahl im Restaurant oder in der Lounch-Bar war lecker und preislich ok. Bis zum Zentrum mit CN-Tower haben wir mit dem Auto etwa 30 Minuten gebraucht... casino ist nur was für wirkliche Spieler, die die Regeln/Automaten kennen, es gibt keine Spiel-Erklärungen fü Anfänger. Für uns es nur ein Rundgang am Abend wert. Hotel trotzdem empfehlenswert!"
