The Space:

➜ Shared backyard that has a deck area with table and chairs.

➜ 2 spacious living rooms, one is equipped with a couch, and the other living room has a sleep sofa.

➜ All three bedrooms feature a warm Queen-sized bed.

➜ 1 TV in the basement with a Roku Smart TV device.

➜ In-house washer and dryer for guests' use.

➜The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge, electric stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.



➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ 1 parking spot is available at the Driveway.



➤ The basement door by the laundry machines is to be out of limits at all time



➤ The driveway and backyard are SHARED with neighbors. The backyard has no fence between both properties.



➤ The guest will have access to the entire property and shared amenities. Please, make yourself at home!



➤ Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months.



The Neighborhood:

East Danforth, also known as Danforth Village, is a neighbourhood in the east end of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located on the eastern part of Danforth Avenue in the old city of Toronto. Danforth Village is well known for its shopping district along Danforth Avenue. The Danforth’s many shops and restaurants reflect the multicultural flavour of the residents who live in this neighbourhood.



Danforth Avenue offers local residents a full range of shops and services. The Danforth is well known for it’s authentic Greek restaurants and fresh fruit and vegetable markets. Danforth Avenue is also known for its many bargain and discount stores. Shoppers World, an outdoor mall at the corner of Victoria Park and the Danforth is one of Toronto’s largest discount malls.



Getting Around:

This location is a Walker’s Paradise so daily errands do not require a car.



Danforth Village is well served by public transit. The Bloor- Danforth subway has stations at Greenwood, Coxwell, Woodbine, Main, and Victoria Park. There is also a Go Train station at Danforth and Main. Regular bus or streetcar service runs on Greenwood, Coxwell, Gerrard, and Woodbine Avenue.



Danforth Avenue provides motorists with easy access to the downtown while commuters are ten to fifteen minutes from the Don Valley Parkway and Lake Shore Boulevard.



Other Things to Note:

➤ We have 1 powder room in the main floor, 2 bathrooms upstairs, and 1 in the basement.



➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
