The space

As you enter the building, you will immediately find yourself in awe of the stunning lobby. Replicating an art gallery and featuring plush lounge seating, one of the highlights of the Burano entrance is arguably Sandro Martini s Glass Memory. This level of artistry is imbued in all of Burano s features and amenities and is what makes it stand out from other Toronto condos.



This comfortable 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms suite with a Balcony and Unobstructed Downtown View has everything you need to feel like at home.

Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

There is paid underground parking 100 meters from the building. 27 Grosvenor St. The price is $30 per 24 hours weekdays and $16 weekends



Other things to note

According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure.



Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in.

Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can`t guarantee a refund.

***Deposit***

All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500 .

If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.



Dear Guest, Please take a moment to read the unit policies: The minimum age for booking is 18 years. All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit prior to check in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded. Check in is after 4PM, check out is before 12PM. Late check out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation. Please provide us with a photo of valid your ID: international passport, driver s license, permanent resident card and a photo of yourself with the ID (a selfie with the ID). Please note that for our foreign guests we require a passport as an ID. * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
