Charmant hôtel 2*
Dans la vieille ville de Torun, un hôtel de charme a deux pas des remparts et de la promenade au fil de l'eau... Excellent choix de résider à cette adresse pour peu que vous puissiez vous dispenser de l'ascenseur! Personnel serviable sympathique et petit déjeuner très correct. Wifi gratuit partout et de bonne qualité. Venez à pied!

Petit hôtel très sympa pour une étape dans cette ville de Torun. La chambre est grande et avec tout le nécessaire. l'hôtel est très bien situé à 2min du centre ville. Le seul hic c'est qu'il n'y a pas de parking prévu.

Très bonne localisation - bon rapport qualité prix
L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans une rue calme au plein centre de Torun, à deux pas de tout. La chambre est standard, mais la literie de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est sans surprise. Seul bémol : le lecteur de carte bleue ne fonctionnait pas ! A part ça, une bonne adresse pour la localisation et le petit prix.

Très bonne expérience
Nous avons logé, avec nos deux enfants, dans un petit appartement flambant neuf avec une chambre et un canapé lit et un coin kitchenette. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Ambiance familiale. Hôtel charmant et bien situé.

Hotel Pod Czarna Roza
Cet hôtel est actuellement en train d'être refait, sans pour autant déranger les personnes y séjournant. En plein cœur de Torun, il est bien situé et des plus agréables. L'accueil est parfait, le personnel au petit soin et le petit déjeuner, en un mot, excellent. Un bémol, le mobilier est un peu vieillot, mais cela devrait rapidement changer...

Very rude people who work here. Room was small and had use keycard to get through multiple doors to get to area to get to the rooms. I’d rather sleep in my car than stay here again. Much better hotels in the area. This is probably the worse one. Again the rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with.

Every member of the hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel was perfectly located within the very heart of historic Toruń. Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and fairly priced. I recommend without hesitation.

The location of the property was great, close to all amenities. The staff was lovely. The property did not have a lift. We had to carry our luggage up to the 2nd floor, which wasn’t great. The room did not have air conditioning, making it impossible to sleep.

Zdjęcia nie oddają rzeczywistości - pokój był ciemny (okno na podwórko), brakowało klimatyzacji i przy temperaturze na zewnątrz 20 stopni C. w środku było duszno. Za oknem słychać było dźwięki jakiś urządzeń, co przeszkadzało spać. Śniadania bardzo podstawowe (niemal w ogóle nie było warzyw) i monotonne. Jedynie lokalizacja jest ok oraz personel był przyjemny. Biorąc pod uwagę całość, to zdecydowanie nie warto.

Stayed at Carna Roza for 11 days. Even though the view was not spectacular, from my particular room, the room itself was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the customer service impeccable!! The staff were all extremely courteous, attentive, and accommodating. Convenient location. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a a quality stay in Torun

Excellent Toruń Hotel
Hotel Czarna Rosa was a great experience from start to finish, as I received an extremely warm welcome and they even held my luggage for me after checkout while I walked around the town. The only slight negative is that there is no parking, which means using the rather expensive secured lots under the bridge.

Really nice and cozy little hotel in the old town. Close to everything. Old historic building with a newer annex in the back. Receptionist Paulina did this little extra and helped me park my motorcycle inside👍😀. She was really kind and helpful and made the stay x-tra pleasant. Parking is availble outside on the street but being the old town of course limited.

Very nice hotel right in the middle of the city but on a quiet street. I had the room with the enclosed balcony looking at the old castle wall, towers, and part of the Vistula river. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked perfectly, and there is tea in the room. The included breakfast was good! We had a variety of fresh baked breads, cheese, tomato, ham, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Coffee was perfect. The best part about it was the friendly and helpful staff. The Ginger Bread museum is right next door so be ready for the great smells of fresh baked bread in the morning when you walk outside. The hotel also has an entry way on the back next to the castle walls so you can exit and enter the hotel without going through the mail lobby. I really liked this feature. I will stay again.

雰囲気のあるかわいいホテル
フロントの方も英語で対応してくださり、部屋も清潔感のあるホテルです。 朝食もシンプルですがおいしかったです。エレベーターはないので大きいスーツケースがある方は少し大変かもしれません。

Staff were ftiendly and hotel kept clean. The old part of the building is not disabled friendly as spiral type stairs to negotiate to go up and with cases is not easy. A new part is being built with lift so wait to see wgat that part ia like. We will be goong back there in a few months.

Charmig lite hotell med jätte bra läget i mitten av Toruns gamla stan. Ingen hiss i hotellet så fjärde våningsrum var en bra träningspass. Det är också centralt så räkna med mer gatuljud om man få rum mot gatan.

Bardzo klimatyczny hotelik w centrum. Stylowo urządzony z dbałoscią o szczegóły, smaczne sniadania. Lokalizacja doskonała (w centrum) odpowiedni stosunek jakosci do ceny. minisem moze byc brak windy, bo pieszo trzeba sie przejsc z walizą na trzecie piętro... ale rozumiem ze w takiej kamieniczce nie ma mozliwosci jej zamontowania.

貴重な中世都市トルンの、城壁内にある小さなホテル。 事前情報で分かってはいたが、やはりリフト無しは少々きつい。それでやや減点したが、こじんまりした良いホテル。 バスルームはやや狭い。体格の良い方には窮屈かもしれない。 せっかく湯沸かしがあるのに、ミネラルウオーターやコーヒー、紅茶の部屋置きが無いのも、残念。 朝食ブッフェはお値段相当。 素敵なパティオがあり、夜はワインやコーヒーを楽しめる(別料金。特別に高いということは無い)。 近くにカフェなど飲食店あり。「コペルニクスの家」が近い。市庁舎のある広場もすぐ。観光には申し分無い立地。 河にも近く、遊覧船の乗り場にも歩いて行ける。 ホテルが面している道は狭いため、車通りが限られて、静か。 Wi-fi は利用していない。 若い友人には無条件で滞在をすすめたい。シニアならば足腰の丈夫な人にお奨め。

Wonderful stay
Great value and the staff was wonderful. Good breakfast with a large selection and they offered to make eggs for us as well. We had one of the newer rooms with AC so that was great. The area is a little too loud to rely on open windows so it really helped keep us comfortable. I also loved the location. Close to everything, especially the gingerbread museum which makes for a pleasant aroma in the morning. Parking is just down the hill and reasonably priced.
