This large, comfortable gîte welcomes you to a verdant, flower-filled, and peaceful setting, perfect for relaxation and disconnecting. You will enjoy a private swimming pool reserved for guests of the cottage, a pool house, a new bioclimatic pergola ideal for outdoor dining, and numerous natural and landscaped shaded areas, particularly appreciated during the summer heat. A separate and cozy wooden chalet completes the Domaine's amenities and can host workshops, training sessions, or professional events. Cottage layout: • Ground floor: Living/dining room. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Flora Room: 1 king-size bed with en-suite shower room and toilet. • Upstairs: Bloom Room with mezzanine: 1 king-size bed + 1 double bed with en-suite shower room and toilet. Luna Room: 1 king-size bed + 1 double bed + 1 single bed with en-suite shower room and toilet. Stella Room: 1 king-size bed, TV, en-suite shower room and toilet. All king-size beds can be configured as two single beds to accommodate your group size. Outside: enclosed grounds and parking, private terrace with bioclimatic pergola, barbecue, garden furniture, hammock, sun loungers, pétanque, badminton, board games, and numerous relaxation areas. Younger guests can also enjoy a play area with slackline, obstacle course, and zip line. The Gîte Les Fées is attached to the Gîte L'Eau d'Ô and the owners' house. Each, however, has its own entrance, terrace, and separate living areas. Together, the two gîtes offer a total capacity of 6 bedrooms and 15 beds under the name "Les Fées de l'Ô". During your stay, the owners may be called upon to maintain the swimming pools, feed the animals, and tend the grounds, always discreetly to ensure your peace and quiet.
