We booked a Superior Balcony Room for one night. Check-in was very friendly and quick, and we were walked to our room by the receptionist.
The room was lovely, but we did discover an issue with the electronic lock â it wouldnât lock when we went to leave.
We reported it to reception, and someone came to have a look at it quite quickly. Unfortunately, they werenât able to resolve the issue, so we were moved to a Deluxe Room.
