« Beautiful hotel and very clean rooms »

« Room was clean and looked great. Tissues were designed at the top beautifully like a flower but hated the thought of putting something on my face someone already touched on. Breakfast was good Saturday but they were so packed that on Sunday it was sparse. Pool was warm but dirty in the bottom. I would give it another shot if the rate was cheaper. »

« I arrived after 3 and my room was not ready, not a big deal so they can make sure it’s clean. It wasn’t. There was a penny and all kinds of debris around the toilet, brown smears on the wall near the toilet paper, parts of the wall and shower were coming off onto the floor. They advertised they had a gym, which was why I booked it, and it’s completely gone. I have kindly requested a refund and have not heard anything back. »

« Unfortunately they only had one cup, mug, plate and fork. No cooking supplies. Luckily, i was alone and brought sandwich supplies so it was ok but i thought it odd. Other than that all was good »

« I loved this place, especially for the price. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Everything was clean. I loved how they put my name on tv and welcomed me when I first arrived. I will make sure I stay here next time »

« This was a very good place to stay except for the breakfast. We were there two mornings and both times the buffet had empty plates for eggs and bacon/sausage, bread. Hash browns were ice cold. Coffee urn was out of coffee both mornings. They eventually caught up after being told about it by other travelers. »

« This place was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We had to change rooms due to uncleanness. Overly stained carpet, rips and tears in the furnishings, poor dusting, stained towels. We were given another room with less stains on the carpet but still stained. Stains on the furnishings, bed frame full of dust, dingy stained towels, thank God I had brought my own. The microwave was filthy and full of dust on the outside. I was told I'd get another one, that didn't come until the day before leaving...

« when I checked in I was told complemetary breakfast in the morning. Went down and they said it was 12$ for breakfast. The price was not the problem. It was being told free then charged. »
