The proximity and access to the National Park was perfect. Upon arrival and during our stay, we had a couple of questions for the host, and they were answered immediately. The condo itself was comfortable and spacious.

Smoky Mountain Vacation

Great location! Nice, clean condo. We enjoyed hiking and biking and coming back to swim and enjoy the hot tub. Thanks so much for sharing your home with our family! We hope to come back in the Fall!

AC wasn’t working when we got there. Took a day for the manager of the place to realize we were serious. Had to send a pic of the thermostat for him to realize we were telling him the truth. Other than that little hiccup it was great. Also gate and house codes were wrong. But that didn’t take long to get the right ones. Just a quick phone call and we were in.

Place was great once we got in to the correct house

Can I start by saying we chose this location because we had stayed here 2 times previously and have LOVED this location. This time however, the gate code was outdated (it said December in my email) and at 10:30 at night, the last thing you want to do is NOT be able to get into the first locked gate. Then there are 5 condos and they are all labeled. I went to 5 different doors with the PM on the phone with me trying to get into the correct house. This I found very unsafe! Once we got in, and our nerves settled, we were very happy with the location. I am very grateful that our phone calls were answered and they stayed on the phone for an hour making sure we got in. I would recommend letting the guest know which condo they are staying at. Now a days, you never know who’s on the other side of the door.

Adorable home. Had everything we needed. Firm beds. Keurig for coffee. Plenty of space for our family. Loved the city of Townsend. Mercantile to shop. Apple Valley for pulled pork sliders. Cades Cove for hiking. Would definitely stay again when in Tennessee.

Nice stay

Great area. Easy access. For those who want to cook, you may want to bring supplies. Condo has one small frying pan, two xsmall pots and one medium pot. Other than that, stay was perfect.

Comfortable, Peaceful, Perfection

We were wowed as soon as we opened the door. Clean, very nicely decorated, spacious, beds are comfortable, it was nice that it was in a gated community, peaceful, quiet,. It was so nice I contacted the host to be able to book again. I also FaceTime my parents and they wanted information to able to book in the future.

Nice Condo

This is a nice condo in a quiet and peaceful complex. The unit is beautifully decorated and is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. If you like to cook your own meals, all the pots, pans, dishes, etc are provided, but you will need to bring your own spices. You’ll also need to bring your own coffee or K-cups. I would definitely choose to stay in this unit again.

Wonderful stay

Location was great, condo was large, 2 full bath, hot tub. Needs better pots, the ones there are scratched badly. If possible pls provide enough coffee for the num of days rented. I’ll rent this place again of course.

GREAT VISIT

It was a very quiet and relaxing vacation. The condo was very well appointed and clean when we arrived. Check in and out was confusing for me but it was completely my fault. I called the host and they were very accommodating and sent me a video of how to do it. I love the area and we will definitely be back!

Exactly as advertised!

Spotless, but welcoming condo! Everything you need to stay for extended time. Close proximity to groceries, eateries and most importantly Cades Cove. Host response time was immediate. Beautiful surroundings. Very quiet and peaceful. We will stay here again. Ann Wilkerson

Smoky Mountain Gem

It was a difficult few months and I needed a quiet get away. Reading the reviews and the location of the cabin were the reasons for choosing this home and it was a great decision. I went to Cades Cove every day and the nature I witnessed was nothing short of a dream. I watched a mama bear playing with her two cubs for about an hour, saw about 50 bears, turkeys, deer, salamanders, horses, copperhead, many bird species, and an amazing landscape. I visited Gatlinburg, Knoxville and visited some of the places recommended by the hosts. The home is sparkling clean, the communication with the hosts was quick and efficient. I may be going back in the fall to see the foliage and elk during rut. I wouldn't consider any other place than this one!

This property was perfect for my wife and I. We did not need two bedrooms, however, having the extra bathroom came in handy. I would highly recommend staying at this place.
