SP3 - The Bay View Brick (Nouveau remodelage avec vue imprenable sur la baie)

Idéal pour une petite famille ou 2 couples, ou un couple seul qui veut de la place pour se déplacer. 4 adultes maximum bien que nous puissions faire de la place pour un enfant supplémentaire ou 2.

Seuls quelques commentaires pour l'instant pour cette maison ouverte pour les affaires à la fin de l'été dernier, mais similaire à bien des égards à notre autre location de vacances SP1-The Mid-Mod (VRBO # 848166). Consultez également ces avis pour voir comment nous fonctionnons. Cette maison est plus grande avec une bien meilleure vue.

Rénovation majeure terminée en juillet 2018. Caractéristiques haut de gamme, pas votre location de vacances habituelle dans ce domaine. Plan d'étage semi-ouvert de 1200 pieds carrés avec garage attenant pour 2 voitures. Tout neuf, y compris tous les appareils électroménagers, luminaires, meubles, lits, literie, etc. 2BR, 1 & 1/2 salle de bain. Quelques pièces vintage pour ajouter du caractère.

Assez proche du centre-ville de TC (environ 4 miles au nord) et très pratique pour explorer toutes les grandes choses que Leelanau County a à offrir.

Air central. Nouveaux équipements électriques, sanitaires et mécaniques pour votre sécurité et votre confort.

Internet par câble Charter Spectrum (100 Mbps wifi), Netflix, Hulu Live, Amazon Prime et Pandora inclus. Nous avons coupé le cordon. Pas de télévision par câble. Télévision en direct fournie via Hulu Live sur le tout nouveau Samsung Series 8 de 49 pouces.

2 chambres de taille presque similaire (14 x 12ish et 10 x 15ish). La chambre avant a une belle vue sur la baie, vue partielle sur la chambre arrière.

1 baignoire de type spa de taille décente (6 x 10) avec combo baignoire / douche surdimensionné. 2 lavabos sur meuble milieu de siècle de 6 pieds avec dessus en quartz. Petit mais vraiment cool demi-bain ajouté aussi bien sculpté dans l'espace de placard préexistant.

Une vue imprenable sur l'eau depuis une immense baie vitrée de haute qualité. En face de l'eau avec un accès partagé mais généralement peu développé et petit lorsque le niveau d'eau est élevé comme actuellement. Chambre pour un couple de chaises près de l'accès des escaliers sur un garde-corps. Deux cents pieds de ligne de rivage où vous pouvez vous mouiller les pieds.

Grande cour arrière assez privée avec nouveau grand patio en béton, grill et foyer. Table et chaises en teck avec parasol. Ensoleillé l'après-midi mais ombragé après 5 ou 6 par de grands arbres matures à flanc de colline à l'arrière.

Un hamac plus serein à l'arrière de la propriété dans une belle parcelle de myrte parmi les arbres avec une petite vue sur la baie.

Une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur ont été laissées au sous-sol pour préserver l'espace de vie à l'étage. Sous-sol cloison sèche, partiellement fini mais a encore besoin de travaux. (Plancher non encore remis en état, attendant d'être plus certain qu'il reste sec.) Le sous-sol est étrangement accessible à l'intérieur du garage. Table de ping-pong au sous-sol.

Most Awesome Home in Traverse City
If I could give this home 100 stars - I would!! The home was absolutely perfect!! The check-in process was super easy. When we arrived - the house was spotless. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. It has a fire pit and a grill. There is even ping pong in the basement. The house is so well decorated - I think we spent the 1st hour walking around looking at all the decor!!! Tammy was an awesome host and extremely quick to respond. Everything was perfect!! We are recommending it to all our friends!! Highly highly recommend!! Thank you Tammy for the best stay we have ever had in TC. We will be back!!!

Another wonderful stay
This is the third year in a row that we have stayed at one of Tammy's houses during our annual trip to Traverse City, and it was a great experience again. The house is nicely appointed with mid-century modern decor, and has everything you need for a great stay. We enjoyed the fire pit, and hanging out on the adirondack chairs in the front yard looking out at the bay. Tammy is very helpful when needed, and I highly recommend her properties as a home base for your trip to the Traverse City area.

Best little getaway
We could not have found a better place! Though it's true you cannot easily access the beach that is just right across the street, this house is so conveniently located with plenty of access points within a couple minutes drive. Perfectly central location for visiting traverse city, northport, and sleeping bear dunes. The house itself is so cute and clean! The basement is not pictured, but it's mostly finished with a ping pong table and other fun games. Tammy, the host, is so thoughtful and is easy to reach should you need anything (though odds are you won't because she's thought of every detail already)! This was our first little family vaca with our 18month old and every thoughtful touch, making it as smooth as possible, did not go unnoticed! We will definitely be staying here each trip to come. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Peaceful, home nearby both traverse city and suttons bay!
Had a lovely time at this home with my wife and two friends in town for a wedding. It is only a few miles from traverse city (away from the wild tourism that sometimes overwhelms the are), and also close to suttons bay. Quite a perfect location! It was very cute and clean and has a beautiful and private backyard with a fire pit (complete with good firewood!) to relax in after a day of exploring the city, wineries, or local beaches. Highly recommend!

A slice of heaven
The vibe in this home is cozy perfection. Everything you could want and more. Such attention to detail and beautifully decorated. The hosts want you to have the ultimate vacation experience and have bend over backwards to make sure you do. Fantastic Birthday Getaway
I took my wife on a birthday getaway and stayed at the lovely BayView Brick. The house was perfect for our stay, visiting some of the vineyards in Leelanau. The accommodations were fantastic! It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The house was very clean and tidy. The backyard was immaculate and great for a nice breakfast on the patio. We really liked sitting by the fireplace enjoying the great view of West Bay while having a glass of the birthday gift left in the fridge. Tammy is a terrific host! Staying here was a real treat. Simply Amazing!
This is the perfect AirBnB! The house was immaculately clean. The little breakfast area when you walk into the home is just the beginning! Nice big kitchen, spacious living room with a gorgeous fireplace. Beautiful view of the bay. The full bath is beautifully decorated too! The shower/tub are amazing. The two bedrooms are also very spacious. The back yard is a great space for entertaining or just to sit and enjoy the quiet. The whole house is tastefully decorated, warm and welcoming from the first step inside. Perfect location. Thank you Tammy for offering such an amazing property! Fall Visit
We loved staying at this property! The home is welcoming and incredibly clean. The rooms are generously sized, well stocked, comfortable and beautifully staged. As it was late fall, we did not make use of the outside amenities - but they were beautiful as well. We did enjoy the added and unexpected bonus of the ping pong table in the basement. This home could not have been more perfect!

Another great stay at this property!
We have stayed here 3 or 4 times before and find it an ideal place to spend some time in the TC area. This is a ranch house that at some point not long ago was redone into a nice 2 bedroom place. It is across M22 from the Bay, but nothing is in the way of seeing the bay. It's a very comfortable well equipped place. They have thought of pretty much everything a short term renter might need. Tammy (one of the owners) lives nearby and communicates well. The price is fair. We will return!

The property was perfect for our 3 night stay. Four of us visited for our annual trip. The house was clean, spacious, equipped with everything, kitchen fully stocked for meal prep. Great location, nice big back yard with fire pit. The view of the bay was beautiful. Tammy was a great host, easy to reach and very accommodating. I’d highly suggest this property!

Great and comfortable house!
This house was very clean and nicely done. Four of us stayed here for a family wedding in the area and were very comfortable in the house. We really had everything we needed here. The kitchen was well stocked and the house is close to downtown and to other activities. We had no issues and it was easy to access the house. It is on a very busy road but the views of the lake were phenomenal, especially the sunrise.I would stay here again!

What a beautifully decorated and charming home. Great location for moving around Traverse City with purposeful decoration and space. Everything from the kitchen to bedrooms, living room and stunning backyard was a nice relaxing home away from home. I would definitely stay here again.
