« Location was okay. Greeter was friendly. Room was old, carpet was old. Bed was fine; I slept well. Bathroom had good soap/shampoo. Sink was clogged; very slow to drain out. Saw 2 roaches in the room. »

« Shower faucet not able to turn for hot water. No coffee making in room. Comfortable bed. »

« I was supposed to check in at 4:00pm. I get a a call to check in my room until after 10:00pm. Once I was able to check in staff could not guarantee that my room would be clean. After checking in and inspecting that room was clean enough to staff the night, I was denied more towels as 4 people were in one room and we only had 3 towels. If at was to check out of a room 6 hours late I would be charged for any additional day. I feel my room should be comp and I should receive a free staff if I ever...

« Great hotel, spacious room, comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean too. Staff was kind and helpful. Hot breakfast was a bit redundant, but tasted good. Location was perfect in relation to our travel needs. Great stay! »

« Room was very clean minus under the bathroom sink had black mold underneath it. And only one working elevator which made check out extremely annoying because of the luggage carts and full elevators. Waited 25 mins just to be able to get to the main lobby. »

« Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Parking was safe. Location was convenient. My only issues were that the room A/C didn't cooperate. Either I couldn't adjust the temp to where I wanted it or it wouldn't turn off when I wanted it off. And the cost was pricey. »

« The breakfast is not free.. $20 a person which is absurd for a hotel breakfast and the bartender said he didn't know how to make mixed drinks but the hotel was fine otherwise. Checked in early too. »
