It's a welcoming space.The LED bulbs over the dining room table were very uncomfortable for our eyes.If I was a family with littles, getting up the stairs from the street would be challenging.Packing in and out would be alot.The beds were very comfortable. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. Listing should have mentioned kids that are very loud during our stay. Understandable with kids, but note should have been made as two people were unable to sleep. Not much room for parking with host’s vehicles. More clarity and details on the listing would significantly help.“
