« Shower was broken. Water damage and mold in bathroom. They were out of commodities like toothpaste or laundry detergent. Could not give me quarters for laundry. Found cockroach in my room. Otherwise, comfortable bed and nice 55" tv. »

« This hotel is very, very nice. Clean, comfortable, modern and just a short 10 minute walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Additionally, the staff (in particular Medina, Sydney and Jake) were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Absolutely wonderful experience. Looking forward to a return in the very near future. »

« In my room, the large burner on the stove top did not work really limited my ability to cook. The ice machine did not work. All the plugs on the kitchen wall did not work. The tub area on the outside had mold on it. They do not advertise that they’re gonna charge for your pet to stay in the hotel so they hit me with a charge of $100 for my cat to stay for seven days. And the added bonus if you went out past 9 o’clock at night or all the prostitutes milling about the hotel, looking for customers...
