« Would definitely recommend. The Midge is a super cute cabin. It was very clean and the fire pit was a definite plus. With the porch lights off you can see a gazillion stars. No views like that in the city. The walking trails are great and go right by the river and its always fun to ride up to the dam where it feels like you're on top of the world. May stay here again on my next visit home. »

« We stayed for scca autocross. It was very nice being 4 minutes from the track. House was very clean and perfect for 2 people. Owners were very friendly. »

« Great location, calm, quiet in the mornings for all the noise (races) that come at the end of the day. Neighbors nearby but you wouldn't know they exists if you couldn't see them. Looking forward to our next stay. »

« We needed somewhere to unwind that we could also take our three fur babies. Couldn't have asked for a better escape! The sunrises, the sunsets, The horses right out the window. Just enough modern convenience blended in to an 1880's escape. Our fur babies loved the walks of the gravel driveway every morning and night. The horses would come over to greet us. Cuddling up to a warm fire was just the perfect touch to end each day. We plan to come back! »

« Very nice cabin for a fishing trip to Eastern Tennessee! The place is well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The gas log fireplace is a nice feature. The secluded location at the top of a hill is awesome! »

« Perfect getaway in VA! Hosts were very great about check in/out details days before. Was so quiet and secluded yet equipped with the essentials to make stay wonderful, even local soaps! Cabin is quite a bit away from store so make sure you grab groceries before the stay or you will have to travel! This was a great location for Grayson Highlands Park, Mt. Roger’s recreation and Demascus adventures! »

« This was a unique spot convenient to Boone and Blowing Rock. The cabin is the bottom floor of two stories but still private and cozy. I would stay again. »

« A few really great things - this cabin was in a great location, very close to Boone and the Parkway. We saw a few deer at the cabin. The AC works great. Mattress was very comfortable. Cabin was decorated nicely. A few things that needed attention. The hot tub had a good bit of dirt in it and the owner said that would be remedied, but it was not. Hot tub has one small panel for privacy. People parking above can see right into it. The hot tub filter also makes loud sucking noises at times. A...
