Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned. »

Unfortunately, Fairfield in Wheeling didn’t make it over the bar. The assortment of offerings was fewer than the average, and no breakfast meat, at all. When the expectation is pretty low to begin with, failure to meet the expectation is disappointing. You gotta pick up your game, Fairfield. »

The walls are crumbling, entire sections of the roof were missing, there was a piece of plywood between the box spring and mattress I had to be careful I didn’t t break my toes on because it stuck out so bad, the water in the pool left a slimy scum on my skin, there was no remote for the tv, the blow dryer didn’t work, the chairs were so filthy I was afraid to sit down in them, the staff were clueless as to what was going on in the area...
