« House was nice. Screen door in back off the rails and we gave up on it. D/W doesn't really clean the dishes. Otherwise it was more than sufficient for a visit around a death in the family. Not happy time, but we were grateful for a home with a kitchen and a place for family to work things out. »

« Such a fun weekend! The property is in a great location. Just steps to the lake. It has a lot of parking for boats, trailers, ect. We brought our off road side by side & Lori had a lot of knowledge about the trails around the area. You can ride straight from the house. Our teens especially liked all the board games at the house. We had many game nights. The porch is big & is completely shaded by dinner time. We’ll definitely be going back. »

« This house was so perfect for us! We had six teens in the loft and 2 upstairs bedrooms. They enjoyed having their own space. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs room. I had a couple of questions so I reached out the property manager, Bobbi - she was so helpful, very kind, and welcoming. The house was clean and fit our group very comfortably. « The location was very convenient to Shasta Lake and all the boating experiences you can think of. Also a 15 minute drive to Shasta Lake Caverns tour which I recommend. The patio with an exceptional view of the lake, which is full this year!, is the ideal place to enjoy conversation, a BBQ and some refreshments. My family had a wonderful time at this property. »
