« Clear check in instructions, room was neat clean and comfortable. »

« chambre agreable, petit dejeuner copieux »

« Great stay, friendly and helpful staff, would definitely stay again and would highly recommend »

« We were welcomed very well the first time, but when we returned, the staff had completely changed. Our accommodation wasn't clean; there was dirt under the bed and lots of cobwebs on the ceiling. Furthermore, when they serviced our room the next day, the trash bins weren't even emptied. »

« Tres bon sejour »

« Room was clean and comfortable, although there was nowhere to hang coats/clothes (there was no hanging rail). The pedestrian route to the restaurant was a bit dark in places. Generally a good overall stay. »

« Free parking 2 minutes walk Easy access with codes provided in advance. No staff on site, but we had no call for them. Old building with renovated modern touch to the room. Not for people with mobility issues, main staircase winding/step/narrow. Room clean but not thoroughly (dust on sockets) Iron & ironing board provided, plus kettle & tea/coffee/sugar/milk Huge bed, was comfy with nice linen Wardrobe with safe and desk/dressing table and a full length mirror Excellent value for money »

« Property itself was ok. Parking not a problem. Single room was in the attic and was clean . Only one small radiator that was struggling to heat the room on a cold night . Heating cuts off around 10pm . Woke at 3am cold and had to use the hair dryer to heat my feet and bed . Heating went back on around 6.30am and off again at 9am . You should be able to regulate the radiator to suit your own needs . That was the only problem which led to a bad sleep when I was working on the Sunday after staying...

« Great stay many thanks. Nice property but please keep it refurbed and up to date. Needs aircon for the summer, fans good but too hot as windows cannot be fully opened. Great service in the bar/restaurant but needs Guinness back rather than Caffreys Stout! Will miss the lamb skewers from new menu but the new sticky chicken ones are also good. That said a tad less bbq sauce would be ideal. »

« Another amazing stay at Ye Old bell ❤️ »
