« Great location, right near the town square. The house was clean and well kept. Very doggie friendly with a fenced in yard and even dog bowls. My daughter loved the bedroom across the hall from us. The chairs in the yard were well used by me and an old friend. We spent hours out there catching up. It really is a lovely home with easy in and out and a kind and responsive owner. Thank you! »

« We (my husband, small dog and I) felt at home. The space was clean, welcoming, and provided many wonderful amenities, including laundry pods and dryer sheets. We were on a road trip and it was time to do laundry! (The machines in the basement take quarters, 1.50 per load). The kitchen is well stocked with spices and everything one needs. « we went to Dayton to visit the National Museum of the United States Air Force. You won't find a closer location for lodging. This house is about a 10 second drive to the gate of the museum. I like the ping pong and air hockey tables in the basement. »

« The property was neat and well kept. The condo had a strong cat littler smell and air conditioning only in the family room. Just down the road at a Sav-A-Lot, my husband encounter a large man wearing a very large knife, outwardly displayed on his belt buckle. We will probably not use this property again because of the strong cat litter smell and feelings of not being super safe in the community nearby. »

« Very nice. Decorated beautifully.beds were fantastic! Does have 19 steps to the inside in our unit for upstairs. It was nice the bedrooms, kitchen, laundry and bathroom were on the same level.Thank you for the approval for the booking. »

« What a wonderful stay! We were in town to celebrate Family Weekend with our freshman son at the University Of Dayton. We did not want to stay in a hotel and by the time I was booking in May, so much of the short term rentals were already picked over. This checked so many boxes…within 15-ish min to campus, at least 2 bed/2bath and greeeat reviews! The home was spotless, inviting, spacious comfortable. « The location and house were perfect for our weekend trip to attend our daughter’s wedding. It was quiet and peaceful with plenty of room to stretch out when we had a moment to relax. They have a great rec room setup but we didn’t have time to take advantage of the games with all the wedding activities that were scheduled. « Everything was as pictured and described and the communication was excellent. Even light switches were lableled, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect: steps away from shops, restaurants, and a nature preserve, but on a quiet street where you could rest at the end of a busy day. »
