« Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year! »

« The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. « Beautiful home but would not stay here again without some maintenence issues adressed especially with kids. Strong oil smell from furnace (had to air out home for hours before we were comfortable staying) and overwhelming carpenter ant infestation (broken dryer as well which was fixed during our stay). Property management was quick to respond to messages but at times did not take concerns seriously. It made the stay very stressful and no compensation back was offered. Great location and again...

« Best rental we have stayed in on Cape, and we go every year. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I can not say enough about it. Great location as well. What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. The grill and appliances were also of a higher quality and made it a pleasure to cook. Will absolutely stay at Blue Pearl again. »

"Très bon motel. Il y a tout ce qu’on attend dans ce type d’établissement. Il y a une piscine couverte et un jacuzzi. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, il y a même des yaourts protéinés. Le propriétaire est vraiment très sympa, il donne beaucoup de conseils sur les chemins à parcourir et les highlights à capecod. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil."
