Relaxing Oasis
We loved this home away from home and we will most definitely be booking again!!
The outdoor area was perfect for our family. They have a nice outdoor kitchen area with a big table for family. The home does advertise the stream and waterfall behind the home, however we were disappointed that it was fenced off and there was a sign on the porch saying no swimming. We did book this place because of the stream and assuming we would have access to it, but we still managed to have a wonderful time.
The WiFi worked perfectly, and the stores are exactly as far as advertised. We went to visit Pearsons fall which is close nearby.
The outdoor porches could’ve used a bit of maintenance, as it had a lot of pollen and debris, spider webs etc. The upstairs bathroom shower head is pretty wonky and sprays wildly, and some backing up of the sinks in the upstairs bathroom. Again, these are small critiques that didn’t hinder our experience much. The only other thing is the listing states hot tub, but there is no hot tub at this property. There is a jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bathroom, however the jets do not turn on. That was another reason we booked this listing, for the hot tub.
The kitchen appliances and living areas were great and comfy. Everything worked well and we had many homemade meals from the inside and outdoor kitchens and grills. Our kids had a great time playing in the yard and really enjoyed the bunk beds at bedtime.
