The Foundry offers a spacious, industrial-inspired interior with soaring ceilings, abundant natural light and distinctive architectural character. Stairs lead to the second floor, where the primary bedroom features a king bed and the guest bedroom offers a queen bed. Both bedrooms include private en-suite bathrooms. A dedicated office provides a comfortable place to work remotely while enjoying views from the windows.

Outside, relax on the beautifully lit patio with comfortable seating and a large gas grill-perfect for alfresco dining beneath Tucson's starry sky. Above the garage, a seperate studio casita offers additional privacy with a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and its own laundry-ideal for extended families or guests who prefer their own space.
