The Space:

Pool is UNHEATED!



There are four townhomes per building. Laundry is shared with the other three units in the building.



We provide you some starter amenities to help your stay as well as complimentary bathroom amenities including shampoo, conditioner and body wash.



Relax at our peaceful 2 story 2 bedroom 1 bath Townhome, tucked away in a private community.



The townhome is fully equipped with cooking utensils, flatware, pots, pans and crock pot. Guests are welcomed with complimentary coffee!



Bedroom 1- Comfortable king bed with Smart TV with desk and chair



Bedroom 2- Comfortable queen bed



Living room- Stylish couch and Smart TV



Kitchen- The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary appliances to enjoy a home cooked meal.

Bathroom- There is a full bathroom, tub and shower with complimentary amenities, and hotel grade towels!



Patio- Enjoy your morning listening to the birds outside on the patio set.



Pool- There are 2 community pools, please note the pool is unheated and there is no lifeguard on duty.



Pre-paid Washer & Dryer- Please let us know beforehand and we will give you the key and laundry card. There is a small fee to operate the washer and dryer.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive check-in instructions the day prior to check-in!



Other Things to Note:

Please note: This is a quiet community with mainly adults.

No smoking, parties, gatherings are allowed.



No USPS mail allowed unless delivered to the front door. Amazon packages, FedEx and UPS can be delivered to the front door.
