It was great for my friends and I while we moved in their son for college. Good location and suited our needs. We would stay here again. They are bringing their daughter in Oct so it will be too small for that trip.

This condo felt like home during our visit. Comfortably accommodating four adults, we lacked nothing. A couple of us are clean freaks and you passed the test. We cooked a few meals there and the kitchen actually had everything we needed. Our hosts were very responsive and friendly. When in Tucson this is our spot. Thanks for your hospitality.

Exceeded Expectations!

This was a fantastic property and everything advertised was spot on! Check-in was easy, communication was great, and the condo was incredibly clean and comfortable. I appreciated having coffee on hand as well as good quality, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom! It’s the little things but much appreciated. I will definitely be back the next time. I’m in Tucson, thanks for everything!

Great location, super clean, almost perfect

We really enjoyed our visit to Tucson and our stay at this condo. The location was great for what we were there for. Less than 30 minutes from the airport, then everything else was North, East and West of the condo, easy to get around. The condo is very new, all new appliances, and super clean. Had almost everything we needed, except tissues (that dry air) and the coffee/tea machine listed was useless to us, requires those cartridges that we do not have nor use. We used the washer/dryer and detergent is there, so that was great. Check in and communication were great. Easy to park in front, etc. Did not use the pool nor hot tub, not our thing. Did not use the walking trail behind the condo since we walked or hiked every day at one of the parks. We did walk to the restaurants in the shopping square right next door. That was convenient. And there is a Trader Joe's very close for groceries. Our only negatives was that it is somewhat noisy. Construction on new units is across the parking can be noisy early, there's a drainage screen right outside the bedrooms that clunks every time someone drives over it. Usually we travel with a box fan to drown out night time noise but that wasn't possible flying. I suggested this to the VRBO manager to put one in the unit for this purpose. The neighbors directly above are heavy footed and at weird hours of the night. Agree, not the fault of the VRBO, just letting people know that if you're driving, bring a fan for white noise.

Responsive Host and Very Clean Rental

Our hosts, Lori and Christopher, were very prompt in replying to messages and handling problems. The condo was very clean, and check-in was smooth. However, we were disappointed in the location. You have to drive through an apartment complex to find the condos at the back. Though the condo is near a walking/biking path, shops, and restaurants, the property is fenced, so you can't walk to those locations. The condo was not set up for four guests when we arrived. We had to contact the hosts to get adequate towels. We would have appreciated printed information in the condo. Not all of us had access to the online information.

An Amazing Stay

The unit was very up to date and furnished nicely. It is close to so many things: Sabino Canyon, restaurants, hiking and a short drive to downtown. Loved having the walking trail (Loop) right in the backyard and a pool and hot tub. Our host was prompt answering any questions we had. A definite recommendation !

Pleasant short getaway

If was great to leave snowy, cold South Dakota for Tucson where sunshine and upper seventies greeted us. Good location to get out in the hills. Walking/bike path immediately adjacent. Quiet and respectful condo complexe. Everything we needed!

Week in Tucson - beautiful Condo!

Clean, spacious, seemed like brand new construction as everything so well done and modern with easy access to electronics charging. Extra plus was walking distance to restaurants and the wonderful Loop trail just outside the door.

Location location location

This condo is centrally located in Tucson. We were able to travel through Tucson very easily. The area is full of stores and restaurants. Very convenient to all of the national parks and mountains. The condo is very spacious and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and cleaning supplies. The manager was very welcoming and kept in touch with us if we needed assistance. I will rent this condo again.

Great stay!

A college girlfriend and I brought our husbands to Tucson for Homecoming at the University of Arizona. This location was a quick drive to Campus and was a nice, quiet spot to stay. The Host was extremely responsive to the questions we had during the weekend.

Nice Place

The condo was modern, clean, and in a good location. It was very hard to find (GPS) took us to the wrong address during our entire stay and the keypad was tricky to use. Communication was okay, but not what I'm used to having stayed in VRBOs for the past 12 years, but the host agreed to communicate by email, which worked out well.
