Cette chambre 4, 5 maison de bain offre des vues spectaculaires des Caraïbes de chaque pièce. Conçu pour la flexibilité pour répondre aux désirs des individus, des couples et des familles, le niveau principal peut être apprécié comme un grand espace ouvert ou facilement partagé avec un mur isolé pour créer double, deux chambres à coucher.

    Casa Dos Bahias est situé à 6 miles au nord de Tulum, à 70 miles au sud de l'aéroport de Cancun, un lecteur facile sur quatre voies de la route 307. Il est à proximité des ruines mayas de Tulum et Coba. Casa Manatee, un endroit populaire de plongée, est l'un mile away. Le parc aquatique Xel Ha, une zone de loisirs familiale populaire, est à 15 minutes. De mai à septembre, la plage accueille de nombreuses tortues marines qui viennent la nuit pour construire des nids. Ils sont impressionnants à observer.

Property is as advertised, wonderful place to stay and has all the basic amenities you need for a week. Pool was a huge plus as the seaweed made the beach unacceptable. Only minor complaint would be the Wifi/internet, it goes in and out and I wasn't able to do some work, that I needed to do. Would definitely stay here again on a non-working holiday.

Great Recharge

Had a great stay at this location. For families or multiple couples, this place is perfect. It's a little drive from the main road, but you'll get used to it. The pool was perfect to start and end the day. I will 100% return here and would highly recommend.

Not my Paradise

Paradise was filled with many hiccups this time with power losses, seaweed, dirt roads, tv issues, old furniture, less kitchen and household items. But, The chef was an excellent cook and the grounds were maintained as well as the house clean. The owner did say he would compensate for the losses.

Beautiful home

Our stay at this house was amazing the home is beautiful the ocean and the pool Cindy and Luis were amazing and we’re very attentive to all our needs I would definitely highly recommend this place again this was a great family vacation and was enjoyed by all. One thing to mention is the power did go out a few times but it did not ruin our vacation. We will definitely be going again in the future

An escape to paradise

We loved our stay at Casa 2 Bahias. Our group included two families with four children ages 6-12. The pool and the access to the beach were perfect for exploring and keeping everyone entertained. The set up of the house ensured everyone had private space, and a communal setting for meals and hanging out. Augustin, the property manager was responsive to all of our needs, including setting up a chef to make a traditional Mexican grilled meal on our first night there. The house is accessible to public beaches, cenotes, restaurants and ruins. If you want to explore the water for snorkeling or kayaking, bring water shoes to be able to get past the rocks.

Beautiful oceanfront home

We had a wonderful stay in November in Casa Dos Bahias. The house was plenty big enough for our two families. The beach in front of the house is not swimmable, but you can walk along the beach north just a few hundred yards and find a wonderful swimmable beach on Soliman Bay. We ate almost every day at the O Tolum Hotel. Great service, great food. Only a few steps from the house, either on the road or the beach. House was great for our two families (kids aged 2, 3 and 5). Unfortunately we were there after a major storm had blown through, leaving both the road and beach in fairly rough shape.

Hidden treasure

Wow! Great stay. The owner, manager, and cleaning staff were absolutely amazing. Really beautiful property Luis takes pride in keeping the area beautiful. It was great everyone got a bed and bathroom. Really close to manatee cenote which is a must snorkel. Food on the dirt road at the local hotels was fabulous ( dusty ,pricey & worth it). You will need a car. It’s far from stores so bring in all foods and alcohol you will want. It’s very convenient to cenotes, and ruins, day trip to Cozumel is a must. We dove with Tulum Dive Center, in cenotes and Cozumel, they were great. The ocean is not “swim-able” it’s super rocky. All the recommendations and info given by the owner and manager were on point. Would 100% recommend.

Nice stay on the beach

The location was great, the view was amazing. The house was very spacious, good for our group of seven. The deck was great to lounge. The pool was small but nice. The beach was nice, but not accessible for swimming. Having the kayaks was a plus. The house was very clean, the AC’s worked well, the beds were comfortable. The road to the highway was in terrible condition, making it difficult to go into town. It took 20 minutes to reach the highway and it was extremely bumpy. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Several of the light fixtures inside and out were not functional or touch and go. Overall we had a great time.

Blessing in disguise ❤️❤️❤️

Ok it took a minute for me to write this. I am an older mom of a medically challenged toddler. My anxiety with life has been high so traveling for the first time with my 'miracle baby' was high. I took ALL of Dan's advice with just staying and enjoying the property and visiting O'tulum hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not only did my mini me do well on the plane BUT LOVED the pool the ocean and the food! We are planning our next trip for her birthday. The transfer from the airport to the property all arranged by Augustin. It was THE BEST SERVICE and I've decided December is to far away and looking to return within a couple weeks. If you've been leery about booking accommodations..no worries here..this will be a lifetime getaway for my mini and I. Be blessed ❤️❤️❤️ PS..the house is amazing!!!

Privacy with Beautiful Views!

The property provided exactly what we were looking for - a clean, beautiful, beachfront home with floor to ceiling views of the sea and sunrise from every room! We relaxed by the immaculately kept pool, listening to the sounds of crashing waves and birds, and had easy access to restaurants. Maybe due to the time of year, the water in front of the house wasn’t accessible (for kayaking, snorkeling, etc.), but the location was just a short drive to any activity we were looking for, from kayaking, snorkeling, and fishing to shopping and spending the day at a spa. The location and layout also gave us a real sense of privacy and security. We rarely saw and never heard others in the area. There were a couple of hiccups (power went out one evening for the entire area - the home’s generator kept some power on, Wi-Fi was out for a day, and showers might intermittently not have hot water), but NONE of those caused any real discomfort or disrupted our stay.

A week in paradise

This villa is exactly as described. Four comfy bedrooms so no couple has to take the “bad” room like in other rentals. No swimming beach but the view from the pool area is hypnotic. We had bad seaweed the week we were in Tulum so I wasn’t interested in swimming anyhow. Yes the road is bumpy in places but we appreciated the privacy of being away from the tourist zone, so we were happy with the location overall. Just be aware the road could take 10 to 15 minutes to drive depending on the condition. The hotels nearby are in walking distance and the road felt safe even at night. The O Tulum hotel next door had great food and views. Housekeeper and groundskeeper were efficient and friendly. We spent some time cleaning up plastic on the beach; this is a problem everywhere and just a sign of the times. We didn’t spend much time in Tulum because of he house was so nice, we didn’t want to leave! We can’t wait to return.

Tulum 10/8th-15th family vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dos Bahias- spacious home, beautiful grounds, nice pool, central location (Tulum Ruins; Dos Ojos cenote; chartered fishing; 15-20 mins from Tulum center for stores). Staff courteous & helpful! Only negative were showers were cold; a couple of the beds were hard; and beach area sadly littered with garbage (but views still beautiful). But property grounds were beautiful and well cleaned, maintained. O’Tulum restaurant had the best grilled octopus! Our last night, got to help release newly hatched turtles into the sea! Snorkeling at Solomon Bay great and easy walk from the house. No hesitation to recommend this property! Getting to it was a bit challenging due to difficulty seeing signs, unreliable landmarks. Just best to get map pinned. Road to the house was slow going due to nearby construction. But solitude, peaceful vibe & privacy not affected by it. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Beautiful house in Tulum

I choose the house for being beach front . It was my impression I was going to be able to get in the water . It was nearly impossible , and walking to the nearest beach same . The house is gorgeous , it is two complete houses in one , so ideal for more than one family traveling together . The maintenance staff is really good too . There is no dishwasher , one think is critical when vacationing , and the grill does not work. The house is really far away from downtown , and the road is not paved . The entrance to the street is really tricky and sort of dangerous . I think this house is gorgeous if you want to be in a quiet area , be in the pool and contemplate the water . But I it was not what I was looking for . I wanted to be able to be in the water , easy access to downtown . Safety was not a concern . There was a guard at all times . No issues with a/c or water .

There's good and bad

The house was lovely and very spacious. All four rooms were large and had great views of the ocean. The two upstairs rooms were a little larger with magnificent views and direct access to the upstairs deck. Each room had both pros and cons. Facing the ocean, the upstairs room on the right had a really comfy mattress and as I've mentioned magnificent ocean views but the television didn't work and we couldn't get internet access in the room. Also, neither upstairs room has direct access to the bathroom. You have to go into the hall to enter the bathroom. The upstairs bathroom on the right had great water pressure and the water got really hot but the bathroom was a little smaller than the other upstairs bathroom. Both downstairs beds and baths were great. I think both downstairs bedrooms were a little smaller than those upstairs but they were still lovely and spacious. The left upstairs bedroom had a spectacular view of the ocean as the bed faces the window but the bed was SO HARD I awakened with a stiff back. It was fine for my husband but I had to change rooms our final two nights. Also, the water didn't get very hot up there. We were literally taking cold showers each day. As for the location of the house, you will definitely need transportation. The house is not located near any of the primary tourist attractions or downtown. There is a hotel next door and the concierge was very kind and friendly and helped us get taxis and arrange excursions. We had the convenience of a hotel but with the space and privacy of a home! It was great for me. My husband and sister-in-law prefer somewhere where things are within walking distance so I guess it's all in what you like. There are two additional things worth noting, the street to the house and beach. The street is a long, bumpy dirt road and you're on this road about 10 minutes from the main street to the house. That didn't bother me so much but my husband grew sick of it. Also, that road is PITCH BLACK at night. So though there were a few small boutique hotels along the road where we wanted to eat, we never made it for dinner because we'd be walking back in the dark. Regarding the beach, it was the pits! Besides a LOT of seaweed there was also a lot of what looked like construction debris and trash (plastic bottles and stuff) all over the place. It looked NOTHING like the pictures! It was GREAT given the price but we might look to see what else is available next time.

Splendide villa au calme

Mis à part un vent fort et constant qui n’est pas inhérent à la villa ni au propriétaire, notre séjour a été très réussi. Nous sommes arrivés tard en soirée et grâce à un code, nous avons pu nous installer, un panier de bienvenu nous attendait et Augustin est venu à notre rencontre le lendemain, son accueil est chaleureux et nous nous sommes rapidement sentis à l’aise. La maison est très spacieuse, la vue sur la mer, magnifique! Le personnel est efficace et sympathique! Nous recommandons vivement cette location à ceux qui veulent profiter de vacances au calme et de la région de Tulum.

After a personal trip to Tulum last year staying at boutique hotels, I knew I wanted to come back and bring some friends for a week, so the best solution would be a beautiful home on the ocean. We found this gem on VRBO and booked immediately, as it seemed the perfect size and location. Wow, we were not disappointed. The home is 15 minutes from Tulum, 10 minutes from Xel Ha, close to everything. Just far enough off the beaten path to be quiet but close enough to be convenient. The house is gorgeous, well maintained, great linens, towels, everything we needed was there. To top it off, there are two great housekeepers that come every day and clean and straighten, a property maintenance man keeping the pool sparking clean each morning, and an excellent property manager Agustin always within reach. Everything was perfect, only one issue was, as can be normal in Tulum, that the power would sometimes go out. Agustin was always just a few minutes away to start the generator for us so we were well taken care of. Hope to go back! Thanks Dan, Dean, and Agustin!

Amazing Casa with Beautiful Caribbean Views

The house was amazing with incredible views from every room, including four wonderfully private bedrooms suites. We loved the deck and the infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean and the beautiful sunrises, the second level deck outside the upstairs bedrooms, as well as and top deck for some beautiful sunsets. It was fun having two kitchens. We used one for cooking and one for beverages. It was great cooking outside on the grill and then enjoying dinner at the lovely large table with the amazing view. The beach and the ocean were pretty rough, especially when windy. Snorkeling and kayaking were good on Soliman Bay, though getting the kayaks there was a bit challenging. The housekeeping and groundskeeper were great and did a wonderful job.

Fantastic experience!

This vacation was even better than advertised. The views are accurate and the home is beautiful. The beac is as depicted and it’s in a neighborhood that is practically an oasis. The home is neither in the hotel strip nor tulum proper but in a gated community which is very close to both. There is a cute little cenote within walking distance as well as a couple of bar/restaurants, one of which is right next door. Highly recommend.

Tulum getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The house exceeded our expectations. The views from our terrace was breathtaking! The kitchen was fully equipped and the common areas and bedrooms were spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was efficient and thorough.

Family Christmas Vacation

We spent the week of Christmas at Tulsayab. Overall we had an amazing experience. We were travelling with our three adult children, a wife a boyfriend and my 84 year old mother. In prior reviews some people commented about the road into the neighborhood, however, we had no problems going in and out. It is a ways back so be patient. The house itself worked great for us and the views were amazing. The two kitchens were a little funky, however, we used one for drinks and a bar, the other for food prep and cooking. The views were awesome from every room in the house. We loved the isolation and privacy that it provided. The walk to Solomon's bay (north) was about 10 minutes and we snorkeled there a couple of times and saw lots of stingray, fish, lobster, baracuda. Unfortunately no turtles, but it is not the season for them. We walked South to the bay but didn't swim there as the walk was long and rocky. We had wished that there was access to that beach from the road rather than having to walk. The beach out front, as mentioned, is rocky and it was windy so other than kayaking, we didn't snorkel or swim in front of the house. Being right on the beach we did have a lot of wind but it didn't detract from our activities. The pool was great to have and we enjoyed hanging out there a couple of days or when we came back from outside activities. We very much enjoyed our stay and thank you for sharing your home with us.
