I loved this place! So close to everything. Only thing is it was very difficult to find the place. There’s no sign outside the building with name of property. Other than that would rate a 10

Ruined new years celebrations
Booked for 5 nights over New Years and left after 2. We wanted to move to a different room as people were partying until 5am the day before New Years Eve. Security did try to ask them to be quiet but failed and just gave up. Nobody cleaned the room, there was a leak in the bathroom. We called and called and could not get in touch with anyone. Tried 5 different numbers (from UK mobile which cost a load). Email wasn't responded to until 5 days later when we were no longer in Tulum! Then they just said we stayed there so wouldn't give us a refund. Spent most of NYE daytime on the virtual chat and phone to Hotels.com instead of relaxing at the beach. Gave up and found somewhere last minute for New Years with a better location and cleaned room.

The amenities were ok but the staff were terrible. Lied, intimidated and threatened our safety about an electrical fire in our room just to downgrade us to a lesser room 3 days into our stay, so they can put new guests in the nicer room the same night. Housekeeping came only 1 time to clean and replace towels the entire week. Would never recommend

The room was nice. However staff is terrible. I stayed for four days. There is no housekeeping at all. I asked for an blanket on the first day, and four days later when I checked out, I still didn’t have a blanket. There is no front desk staff. No way to contact employees. So I everything goes through Expedia chat. The hotel is rude and does not answer. Or answers and tell you they will help, but they don’t help. I had the same towel to shower with fof four days. That is unacceptable. I asked for a late check out and was willing to pay extra. They never answered. Will never stay here again. Most terrible service I have ever received.

There are No signs for the property. The driver drive around for 45 minutes looking for it. We were beginning to think we were scammed. Scary experience. They could’ve sent an email with directions or advisory.

IIK was beautiful property I went during new years so no construction was happening. I was able to walk to a lot of parties or food or to items in under 10 or so mins because we were that close to the downtown strip. The property is exactly what I had expected and they always are cleaning & I appreciated that. Super beautiful, 24hr security up front, Raphael the manager was friendly and accessible by WhatsApp.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Location turned out great for us too. Walking distance to grocery and restaurants, short drive to the beach.

Great modern apartments in good location
2 bed apartment was great - spacious with lots of amenities in the living and kitchen area. Location was really good in downtown Tulum, near shops and restaurants and off the main road to the beach. Communication in advance of checking in was very good. Property still being developed with construction work but wasn't a problem for us

Bien situé, calme, confortable
Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits, la chambre est grande et confortable, la balcon très sympa avec petite piscine (une epuisette serait un plus pour la nettoyer notamment en raison de la présence de beaucoup de moustiques dans l'eau) Douche avec eau chaude. Literie confortable. Bien situé dans Tulum dans quartier calme mais proche de tout. Copropriété avec plusieurs piscines, sauna, jacuzzi, à prendre en compte cependant l'eau des piscines est très très froide. Il est presque impossible de s'y baigner. La chambre n'est pas nettoyé pendant le séjour mais aucun problème pour nous.

El lugar no cuenta con wiffi, la estufa no prende, el clima fallan las baterías, la puerta mosquitera está caída, intenté comunicarme con el anfitrión en contadas ocasiones y nunca respondió mensajes ni llamadas, el complejo es bonito pero al departamento le falta atención en muchos detalles. Tuve que cambiarme de hotel

Olvide un par de cosas al salir y no me las quieren regresar, he marcado decenas de veces a Rafael y mandado mensajes y no contesta o da largas. Ojo, solo queria que me permitieran pasar a recogerlas... Basicamente la administracion de este departamento se va a quedar con cualquier cosa que olvides. Qué clase de personas son? Ojalá que los dueños del departamento lean esto y cambien de administracion. Una verdadera pena.

Great stay but very loud
The apartment is great, so is the location. There were a few things that were supposed to be included but couldn’t be found in our apartment. However, the communication with the owner was smooth and he fixed what we asked for. The patio was smaller than we expected and not really a place to hang our wet clothes/towels to dry which was a disappointment. It wasn’t particularly quiet either, whenever someone walked outside of our door it sounded like they were in our room. The poolarea at the bottomfloor was really nice, but the pools didn’t feel very clean. Overall - a good stay for a couple of days!

Fantastic apartment-great stay! *****
A wonderful, luxurious apartment with full equipment,swimming pool on the balcony comfortable beds and soft bedding! We spent a fantastic time here and did not want to leave:) The best stay in the whole Yucatan. Swimming pool on the roof, saunas and jackuzzi in the chill zone! Something amazing! Thank you!
