When we arrived it was difficult to find the condo as none of them are numbered and it took us about 15 minutes to find the security person on site. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, but the grounds of the property were not very well kept and the trees and bushes were overgrown and needed to be pruned. The main pool was also a disappointment as the water was full of leaves and looked like it had not been cleaned for a few days. The location of the condo is OK, but you need either a car, moped, or bike to go into Tulum as the condo was about three km’s from the town. The complex where the condo is located also looks to be at least 50% unoccupied as many of the condos had no furniture in them. If you are looking for a quiet vacation then this is a good location, but if you want to connect with other guests then this not the location for you. Overall this condo was good, just disappointing that the pool was not clean.
