I did tell them the approximate time of my arrival flight, and I was picked up within a few minutes after I called them. A very friendly personality, as in, in just a few minutes, it felt like I had known her for a while! They also offer a courtesy trip to the nearby mall, etc. »

« Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk) Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. « Home away from home is how I describe it. Beautiful traditional interior. Room was clean and not musty and quiet. Had a desk and chair which are not guaranteed for inns. Towels were scented. Snacks, coffee and tea available all day. And close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again. »
