„Friendly service, many facilities (pool, garden, etc.), and nice surroundings with the Gold Coast Beach. I went there for a conference, but it would also be a nice place to visit with kids. There are a few nice restaurants and a supermarket at the Plaza next door. It was only a pity that the lobby bar was closed during our stay. A common problem was that even if you paid for late checkout, the card stopped working and had to be reactivated at the reception.“

„Very nice Hotel with perfect location to Airport and to lot of things on Lantau Island. Very nice and friendly staff, rooms with Airport and Ocean view recommendet. Its worth to book with breakfast included as this is very good as well. Lot of pretty restaurants within Hotelarea and in the surroundings. „Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist sehr praktisch. Der Shuttle zur Mall und zur MTR ist sehr hilfreich. Die Ausflugstips praktisch. Und die Berücksichtigung des Zimmerwunsches war sehr nett; und wir konnten auch schon früher das Zimmer beziehen. Es gab Wasser, Tee und Kaffee, alles bestens. Also für Ankunft und Abflugtag hervorragend geeignet.“

Das Restaurantpersonal beeindruckte mich mit seinem schnellen Service und seiner Liebe zum Detail und gab mir stets köstliche Empfehlungen von der lokalen Speisekarte. 👏 Am besten gefiel mir, wie sehr sich jeder Mitarbeiter bemühte, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. "Again a very pleasant stay. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast has a huge selection and was tasty. The main reason I go there every time I’m in Hong Kong, is just the perfect location above Mongkok MRT. The only thing that should be changed in some time: the rooms are rather dated. Don’t get me wrong, everything is fully functioning but you can spot the time. The rooms should just get a fresh, lighter and brighter look. But besides that, I’m going there next time as well. "
