« The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and very quick when it came to us needing anything at all. They made fresh hot breakfast in the morning and it was delicious, you can even order customized coffee which we did not take advantage of but nice to know we could. Literally the only thing that we did not like was that there was maintenance work happening past midnight on our second night there and the hammering sounds made it a bit hard to fall/stay...

« I booked off the pictures...not quite what we got. The carpet was filthy..sloppy paint job,whenever that was done and just beat up. Upside..the sheets and towels where clean. The breakfast was very good too. Staff was nice.. There you go. »

« Nice unit. Has been recently painted and mostly updated. Some of the furniture looked dated and the cabinets and countertops were very dated. Kitchen was sparsely stocked for cooking. We were on the 2nd floor so we had units above and below us. There was a lot of noise above, below and from the unit next to us that had an adjoining door where both units could be rented together. The unit that had an adjoining door could be heard very clearly in our unit. We tried to place a towel at the 1 inch...

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« I dont think our room was cleaned before our stay. Pet bowls were left out, trash in the trash can, towels still in drier and black dog hairs everywhere. Master bedroom tv did not work and found the living room tv remote buried in the couch cushions. Kids complained of pillows smelled like cigarettes and dog hair in bed. Room was conveniently located and felt secluded »

« We liked that it was so close to the convention center we needed to be at and that there was a gym. We wished our room had a small kitchenette in it because the breakfast was a little pricey for what we got. »

People in the frot desk no friendly at all... The Star only is for the ladies on the Spa they very sweet! and steam room was broken, Room smells humidity and air run bad... Extremely cold or extremely hot, go somewhere else better, bad choice for a romantic escape! »
