« The communication from the host was great. Very informative about everything. The cabin was so peaceful. You can sit outside and hear the sounds of nature without the background noise of a city. You might hear a car or two go by, but the road isnt traveled often, so it was so nice. Its not far from Hochatown either if you need to go into town. The cabin was clean and so cozy. It had everything you would need, as if you were at home. We will be back. The quietness was the best part. »

« We spent Memorial Day weekend fishing in the river (which was great!), hiking in the area, swimming, reading and eating great food. The Haven was the perfect spot to rest, relax, explore, and is just enough off the grid to feel like you have the land and river all to yourself. We will be back!! »

« My husband and I stayed at this adorable cabin this weekend. Everything was perfect!! The cabin was clean and comfortable. It is brand new, so they are still adding a few things, but we were well taken care of. They even left us a cute welcome basket with snacks and drinks. They also had good toilet paper and not the one-ply cheap stuff like many rentals. The AC works so great too! We brought our ATVs and LOVED being so close to the trail head. « Quiet time away from work and city »

« The view from the house was unparalleled open sky. The valley opens below you with a river running through it, complete with cows and goats grazing in the distance. We came for the solar eclipse 2024, but the night sky without any light pollution, was equally spectacular. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had many sports activities for entertainment. We loved our stay and would like to come back and stay longer. »

« Cabin was everything we wanted and more! Host even left eclipse glasses and some kids coloring papers with educational info on the eclipse. We had smores that first night with the smores kit host left for us. Deck out back was perfect for the eclipse viewing. Loved the cabin and already making plans to go back. »
