« We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean. The host was great and answered any questions we had right away. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of spices for cooking which was nice. We enjoyed the grill and the outside areas of the property. For us, It was an excellent place to stay. »

« My family stayed here for a short weekend. Upon arrival it looked like it had been cleaned however there was hair in both showers, an odd smell in the living room and the rug in the living room looked like it had never been vacuumed. While the cleanliness was off putting, the comfort was worse. The couch was also not clean and the beds were broken, lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. This place needs a one time deep clean, new caulk where there is mold, and new beds/couch and it would be fine....

« We had a great stay at this lovely home in Groveland. The house was spotless and had all we needed for a comfortable visit. Nicholas promptly responded to all our communication. We had plenty of space for a group of 5 traveling together (it could sleep more if traveling as couples). Of note, you'll hear footsteps of the people walking on the floors above you, which is fairly standard of houses of this construction. « We had a wonderful time. The house is colorful and filled with whimsical art, which we enjoyed. Very convenient to the town of Murphys, only about 2 miles away. We would definitely stay there again. We would have loved to spend time on the back patio. Unfortunately for us, the week we chose was rainy off and on. Access was easy compared to other experiences we have had. Owner very amicable. »
