Two private bedrooms offer quiet, restful retreats with west-facing sunset views.

The detached game room features a sofa that converts into a queen-size gel mattress bed, creating a flexible third sleeping space separate from the main house.

An oversized living room couch is also suitable for sleeping and is noted for its comfort.

This layout works well for couples, small groups, or families who appreciate separation of space.
