« It was the perfect place for a 3 night stay on the north shore. During the day we hiked in nearby state parks. At night we ate on the deck and admired the view. Everything that we wanted/needed was supplied. Host responsive and helpful. »

« Paddle North Retreat was everything & more we'd hoped for. We had 2 couple from the twin cities & 2 couple from Canada. Duluth was a good 1/2 way point & this big house was the perfect place for 8! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook all our meals. The large dining room table was perfect for all the games we played. The bedrooms were amazing! The host was super attentive and responded to my questions right away. I would recommend Paddle North Retreat over and over again! »

« Our stay was short (2 nights) for our daughter's college graduation. Location was great. It fit our purpose well however can use some additional accessories in the kitchen such as mixing bowls, towels, cooking utensils, etc. Ceiling fan up in the master bedroom is noisy so unable to use. « Three family members and I spent four nights in this condo. It worked out perfectly as a base for fishing on Lake Superior and exploring the North Shore. The unit itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The kitchen and lounging areas (including the upstairs roof deck) were great. « This was a quiet, very nicely decorated and stocked place! It was easy to get into and furnished nicely. The only problem we had was it had stormed and the internet was down. It is like a fourplex with a fire pit and sauna and nice window views. The caretaker took good care of us. We would come back again! »

« This cabin was perfect for our stay, close to Gooseberry Falls and not too far from restaurants and Two Harbors. The cabin was well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Spacious, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, with that said, the smaller bedroom with the bunk beds leave much to be desired. The beds themselves were very thin mattresses, with no mattress pad, ONLY a this polyester bed cover. When we arrived only two of the beds were made. The smaller room with the bunks beds...

« My husband and I stayed in order to do some biking along the Gitchi Gami state bike trail. The location was perfect! right across the street we were able to hop on the trail. Unit was very well equipped and clean. We enjoyed a nice camp fire he night. We never tried the Sauna but that looked nice too! »
