This thoughtfully designed home boasts 3 large main floor bedrooms, each with new memory foam mattresses for a good nights rest after an active day, an updated main floor bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and a huge 2nd floor suite complete with a newly renovated double-vanity bathroom.

You will find a fully stocked and updated kitchen with breakfast bar and coffee station, a large dining room with beautiful dining table with seating for 8+ to enjoy those special meals together!

After hiking or exploring the north shore, you'll love retreating to the large living room, perfect for a relaxing movie night on the 60" 4k Roku TV or curling up with that book you've been wanting to read!

Morning coffee or relaxing evening drinks can be enjoyed in the cozy front sunroom, complete with electric fireplace when the weather turns cold.

There is also off-street parking, a rear deck with grill for your use, and a backyard with casual seating.

NOTE: Early check-in and late Check-out available for a $35 per hr early or late Fee, when it can be accommodated.

NOTE: We provide a starter kit of paper products (TP & Paper Towels), and Shampoo, conditioner, Body wash, and lotion.

NOTE: Winter Off street parking is in effect in the City of Two Harbors starting November 1st. Between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. every day from November 1 of each year to April 30, vehicles must be parked off street to allow plows to run.

There is ample parking at the property for up to 3 vehicles in the back alley next to our garage, as well as public parking 2 blocks away.

HOUSE RULES:
• All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are 'self' and contactless using your Smart Lock code that you will receive prior to arrival. To provide this service we may require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in.
• Bookings made within 10 days of arrival may require additional documentation.
• No smoking of any kind inside or outside of the home.
• No pets allowed.
• No outside shoes in the home. The home does have hardwood floors throughout so please don’t hesitate to bring your slippers
• NO EVENTS - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
• Two Harbors City Ordinance Quiet Hours – 9:30PM-7:30AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property.
• Deviation from these rules can result in an immediate eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
