Hotel Tyalgum

« The lovely cleaner Christine let us in one room early as we had to attend a wedding. She was very polite and helpful. We would stay there again. »

« Location was AMAZING! Couldn’t ask for a better view or environment to be in. Lodge was clean and perfect for our stay. Only suggestion was the cafe/dining being open longer. »

Bravo ! »

« The park is in a beautiful position. The pool was clean and large enough for a decent swim. The room was musty but ok was one the windows are open. »

« Very beautiful estate. A little expensive, but worth it if you feel like splurging a bit. »

« Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. »

« Cabin was clean and had everything you would need plus extras. Kitchen well equipped, lounge and bed very comfortable. Nice to sit outside on the veranda. Only downside was the bathroom is very small and hard to use the sink to clean teeth plus one side of the bed is against a wall. But overall a great place to stay for a few days. »

« Wanted to be in nature and this was a perfect spot for it. »

« The room was a decent size and includes a toaster and microwave. Small bathroom. Balcony overlooking car park. Rooms are not serviced daily and because it was raining towels were not drying so asked for additional. »

« An excellent example of a small motel. Family run. Perfectly maintained. Friendly service. »

« We were a group of 8 adults and 2 children. We had a great time staying at the property which was in the midst of a rainforest. Children had a great time and we had everything we wanted in the property itself. Bruce was really helpful in answering all of our questions »

« My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Country Mile Escape. The property is beautiful, and we had lots of visits from the friendly animals that live there. »
