Invasion de fournie ou insecte quelconque dans la chambre, et la réception ferme à 233h, donc difficile de se plaindre la nuit. La porte se barre avec un petit cadena, donc très facilement quelqu’un peut venir voler. L’hotel Est bien situé et le personnel gentil

correct (chambre basique) / qualité prix : ok
proche de tout (10/15mn a pieds de la monkey forrest). la chambre est correct, ventilateur qui ne marche que sur la force 4 (et dc un peu bruyant), eau chaude meme si parfois elle saute un peu. wifi correct, pas grande vitesse et saute un peu aussi ms suffisant pr me mettre un film(meme si des fois ça bloque un peu). le service est bien, si tu leur demande quelques choses ils essaient de t'aider.Petit dej. correct (assiette de fruit + omelette + café).Petit jardin ms super mignon, c'est relaxant. Pour louer un scoot, faire une excursion au volcan batur ils ont des prix normaux (50.000 le scoot et 350.000 le volcan avec degustation de cafe au retour). organisation de mon depart pour nusa lembogan a un prix normal (250.000 avec le transport jusqu'au bateau). les seul vrai moins sont le coq du voisin qui me reveillait a 4h du mat, quelques chiens qui aboient autour et leur petite qui apprend a jouer au piano(elle en fait pas toute la journée, peut etre 30mn/jour ). Pour le prix j'ai trouvé ça correct +, en gros pr un voyage comme le miens ça va (voyage sans trop depenser ms avec sa propre chambre, wifi, eau chaude), ms si c'est pour vraiment relaxer tranquilou et rester sur place pas sur que ce soit l'ideal.

chambres qui ont un peu vieillies et qui mériteraient quelques réparations (chasse d'eau qui coule ou prise électrique à remplacer) mais très propre et personnel sur qui ont peu compter si besoin. Le jardin est très agréable bien que petit. Au calme dans ubud, à 5min à pied des commerces. Très bien pour commencer le séjour à bali

Needs warm lighting
Bathtub stained with something that looks like mold. Bright blue white bulbs make it feel like a hospital. Needs warm lighting for night time. AC barely cools unless you leave it on all the time which is not good for the environment or the electricity bill

Property has beautiful gardens and outdoor areas, small but so nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very basic but clean, and bed comfortable, with ac. Walk to Monkey Forest and shopping, restaurants etc. Good for the price.

Teba house has been a beyond perfect place to rest my head while in Ubud. The bed is comfy, sheets are good quality and clean, the location is perfectly central (3-7 min walk to any restaurant or yoga studio), and overall is a true gem. My room had great natural light I found myself extending my stay from 6 days to 12, as I couldn’t bring myself to leave. The host was very accommodating, from bringing fresh towels and cleaning the room, and even helped with antiseptic when I got into a motorbike accident. The garden is beautiful, with birds and hanging flowers throughout. It’s a little sliver of peace in the heart of all the bustle. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Rooms are not cleaned on daily basis. The tub and toilet are dirty. Bed sheets are not changed unless you ask for them. Several days the hot water is not there.

The host was nice but the room was filthy (stains on the bed sheets, hairs, ants, dust, spider webs). Quite hot to sleep in there witha fan and no AC. Not great money for value at all.

disappointing stay
Our stay here started out positively, but ended poorly. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding with an extension we made on our stay, due to language difficulties with the staff at reception. The manager then got involved and essentially berated and demeaned us to try and get us to pay for an extra room to resolve the mistake. He was mocking and condescending, and it made the situation very uncomfortable. In the end, the hotel could be, but there were a number of other issues worth mentioning. Wifi was very poor. It went out entirely for 2 days and every time we mentioned it to the staff, they just said that it was working fine and did nothing to try to fix it. Also, a tampon (not ours) was left in our room in a very visible place by whoever cleaned our room that day. It was also annoying that they made us physically prove that our reservation included breakfasts for all of our family members even though they clearly had the reservation with the same information. Even after we showed them the reservation, they still asked us about it the very next day. If you’re looking for a hassle-free experience in Ubud, this is not it. We would not stay here again or recommend.

Regarding the missunderstanding for room extension: you should realized that you booked standard room but you prefer to stay in deluxe room and didnt want to pay as theres diference rate between deluxe and standard. When we asking you about this you refused to upgrade and choose to move room. We have high room occupancy off course this make us lose profit as you have used the deluxe room and blocked 3 rooms but actually only 2 paid rooms. Regarding the WiFi connection matter, we are sorry... sometimes because of the wheather the WiFi was down but after restart or reset it will work well again properly. For strong signal and fast WiFi actually you may come or use Teba Office WiFi signal. for your information that the room rate include breakfast for two person each rooms so the staff prepare only for 4 person as your family was more than that so we are sorry about that. We will always try to make better experience for our future guest as we have plenty of repeater guest. Thank you for your continuous patronage. Kleine Zimmer mit Dusche ohne Lüftung also 100% Luftfeuchte nach dem duschen. Frühstück ist lecker aber absolut zu wenig weil man nur eine Portion pro Person bekommt und alles andere kostet dann extra. Also ein erwachsener wird definitiv nicht vom Frühstück satt. Personal ist freundlich und Hilfsbereit mit Touren und Bus Fahrten.

Overal good value for money.
Accomodation is what you pay for. Room and breakfast were fine. It's in a great location as central Ubud. Ideal if you don't plan to spend much time at the hotel. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue is could hear cockerel at early hours of morning. Also booked this room as said it has an in room safe which it does not. Slightly annoyed as was my main reason for booking this room as was arriving with work stuff and needed it to be secure.

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided and the rooms were simple but had everything you need. The highlight of this place is definitely the gardens in the courtyard. Wifi was a bit spotty.

The place is nice, friendly staff, liked the fruit plate and omelette breakfast. Only negative part was that the AC didn’t work during my stay.

Warm, welcoming and generous!
Teba House is a family owned company, and you could really tell because they are all so welcoming, warm, generous and try their very best to satisfy your needs and wishes. There is a new breakfast every fourth day, which is really appreciated, and it also comes with a nice and cozy view at their breakfast spot. Whenever we wanted we also got hot water with coffee or tea to our room in the evening. Our room wasn't anything special, no AC (we had a ceiling fan) but overall OK. The good thing tho is that they clean your room every day and give you new fresh towels. The wifi was pretty slow, but it worked. I would definitely recommend Teba House, whether you're a couple or a family, you will enjoy your stay with this lovely family!

朝食付きで立地もいい
ファミリーはフレンドリーだがスタッフは愛想がない。朝食は毎日違うメニューだがボリュームはない。シャワーはお湯がでるので嬉しい。タオルは言わないと絶対に代えてくれない。この立地とお湯シャワーで朝食付きならアリだと思う。

細部にこだわらなければ
現地に飛び込みで宿探しに時間を使いたくないという人には選択肢の1つとしてありだと思います。 コスパ的には納得できる宿だと思います。 ただ、ウブドにはゲストハウスがたくさんあるので、予算重視や部屋の雰囲気を見てから決めたいという人は、昼到着とかなら飛び込みでも宿はなんとかなると思います。 値段を考えれば納得できるのですが、細部は粗が目立つところもあります。 今回はバスタブ付の部屋に泊まったのですがなぜかお湯がでない時間があったり、扉の建て付けが悪く一応鍵はかけられるが隙間が目立つとか、窓枠がボロくて鍵が機能しない窓があったり。 あと、オーナー夫婦は愛想がいいのですが、若い従業員は結構無愛想な人が多かったのが気になりました。 朝食は付いてますが、かなりシンプルな内容です。 まあ、朝食についてはどの宿も似たようなものだと思いますが。

朝食がおいしいリーズナブルなゲストハウス
宿泊費が安く家庭的なゲストハウスでした。 従業員さんも笑顔が素敵な方ばかりでしたし、かわいい犬もいました。 最初に通された部屋のトイレのドアが壊れていたので別の部屋に替えてもらいましたが、嫌な顔もされずほっとしました。 ただ替えてもらった部屋の浴室には小さなアリが常に数匹いたので気になる人は泊まらないほうがよいかと思います。またタオルも毎日替えてくれるわけでもないので気になる人はやめたほうが良いです。 モンキーフォレストにも近く、徒歩圏にリーズナブルなワルンがいっぱいあります。宿の前に出た屋台で1万rpのbaksoを購入しましたがtebaハウスで食器が借りられ、食堂で食べることができました。cocoスーパーも近いです。
