« April 26-29 2024……Awesome beachfront!!! Staff cleaning up from prior weeks storm which washed sand dunes into parking lot…. Accommodations were made for parking. Staff was working to remedy situation. Restaurants a short walk and grocery stores and bait store nearby a short drive by car…our room was a king with kitchenette accessible by 2 flights of stairs…. No elevators….basic kitchen supplies… dishes… pots toaster and coffee makers kerig and standard… no cutting board…soap and dish towel...

« Very nice condo, comfortable and clean. The stairs not a problem for us but be aware it is the top floor. Property owners alerted us to some possible flooding since we were there during tropical storm Ophelia, which did happen but was not a problem as we followed their directions for where to park. « We should have stayed longer but we enjoyed the house and all the amenities. Kids really enjoyed the pool . Even when we went to beach they begged to come back to the pool! House is big so I would get lost at times! Lol »

« The property was not checked before we arrived. Had it been they’d have known that the door code didn’t work and THE ONLY STREET TO THE PROPERTY WAS UNSAFE AND UNPASSABLE. We didn’t know how deep the water was, because the street looked level, but it wasn’t. We made it to the property and were stranded there until the water receded enough to safely exit. »

« My family and I stayed for a week. The house is located within sight of the beach, which was perfect. Most of the amenities provided in the house such as washer/dryer, kitchen utensils and general soaps were wonderful. There are some things I would have added but not too much. There was not a pool nearby as listed in description, however, but with the ocean so close that you could hear it from our bedroom, it made up for no pool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. »

« The property was brand new and clean. The host Sergey was real helpful and answered every question I had. The only faults about the house is the furniture the futon was not comfortable it needs a couch or something softer so you can enjoy watching TV in the evening and needs a bigger kitchen table. I don't know how they would do it but it also needs some sort of stove but I guess it's just not big enough to put one in there. Overall it was a great stay and very clean »

« This place was perfect for our little family. We had top floor and it was perfect. Walk to beach was perfect as well. View of ocean was amazing from the deck. The floor below us had other tenants and you could hear them very well talking or tv and their dog and when they walked the whole place shook. It was a little too close for comfort but we weren’t home much so we tried not to let it bother us. »

« We met up with our daughters as we all live in different states. This cottage had everything we needed for a quick long weekend trip. We arrived ahead of our girls. There were beach chairs, kayak and all the items that we didn’t have to bring. Retail and restaurant’s are in walking distance. There is a bar/ restaurant across the street. You do not hear the outside noise from within the house. We had a wonderful time in a lovely home. »
