« Check-in and check out was good. However, on my last day, it seems like housekeeping were in a rush to come clean our room because they came at 11am and knock on our door. So my partner and I felt rush a little bit to pack up and check out when check out is at 12pm. »

« Easy check in, room was ready. Front desk staff was able to accommodate my mom in a ground level room which was nice for her. Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space for luggage. Prefect for a night before heading out of Sac. »

« The venue was represented as a Bed and Breakfast on Expedia. The listed amenities included breakfast, The host explained it was not a Bed and Breakfast but a short-term rental. No breakfast was forthcoming. Moreover, the room did not have a bathroom but a shared bathroom down the hall that was not disclosed. The room was also unusually small. Finally, the room had a check-in after 4:30 and a checkout before 10AM. The home was beautiful but the experience of staying there was disappointing, »

« The place was extremely noisy, very crowded. Didn’t get to have a good night sleep due to the noise. Next day was very exhausted due to that, tried to take a nap after a long day in the city, the noise was hell. The pool was crowded, the carpets were filthy. The cabinet in our room didn’t close, had to be fixed. The electrical outlets didn’t work. Towels had dirt spots on them. I paid an expensive price for a place that disappointed me in every aspect. No more Hilton stays for me, ever! »

« My daughter and I loved this hotel! Everything was so clean, including the pool. The breakfast was perfect and there was a great selection of food. The hotel is in close proximity to the arena and other sites. The staff was also super friendly. Those working in the dining area took the time to say good morning to every guest, introduce themselves by name and compliment them! »

« Great location and great pricing. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The bartender downstairs was very cool and remembered us from last time we stayed. I had an issue with my remote control and the front desk had somebody up there in 5 minutes to fix it. Walking distance to very many restaurants and the convention center. Very clean rooms and and comfortable beds. Affordable. Easy parking. »
