« Great stay. Matt was responsive and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The room is walking distance to a ton of things in the downtown area which makes it easy to enjoy the city without the troubles of needing a car. »

« Great hotel for weekend visit to Cincinnati. We roamed around the city, and the location was great as a home base. The parking situation was worth the $9 we paid. Room was clean and modern. Great TV setup. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was hot. Pool was clean, but not what I would call warm. Kids didn't mind. Will definitely keep it on our list next time we stay overnight in Cincy. »

After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits.
