« No hot water in the evening, not more in the morning! hot tub not working! The person at the frontdesk tried to help but was alone to deal with an almost full hotel! Management puts no ressources, change business if you can't run a big hotel! »

« I asked for room service, they asked "whats services would you like" I said, new towels, empty trash and replenish the coffee, food and cups we use.... we did not get room service and when we asked for towels they said we were syppose to ask for room service (but we did the night before). The mattress sheets do not fit so they come off @ night. Hotel is really old and small, layout is odd. Small fridge, no microwave. »

« This is always our favorite place to stay. From the moment we walk thru the door with our little furbaby we are all greeted with smiles & above and beyond customer service. From a fast check-in, to a free room upgrade- this hotel makes your stay cozy and relaxing. Breakfast is delicious. Hot eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, oatmeal with all the fixins, and much more... « They offer a tasty breakfast, it was a really nice hotel. Our room was very roomy and exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable and our room had a great view of the Columbia River. We would definitely stay there again. »

« Smelled clean. Looked clean. Bed was comfy. Needed to have shower curtains changed out, not very clean. AC did keep the room cool. Which was nice. Ice machine was out of order, unfortunate. Would be nice if they had lil coffee machines in the rooms. »
