Hotel Uzovský Šalgov

« chambre propre petit déjeuné correcte »

« I stayed here several time and the last one is really disappointing. Now check-in and out are managed by a service machine and most of the time there is nobody at the reception. Breakfast options are reduced (only some bread, no more soft bread, croissant, crepes or anything like that you could expect), room mini bar is now empty, room temperature still too high. But price remains the same or even higher … »

« We have language barrier with the front desk staff. They don't speak & understand English. We need to climbed up stairs until we reached 3rd floor even though I have difficulties in walking. I already made a request beforehand to have a room with no upstairs & long walked because of my walking condition. They are inconsiderate. No air condition. Feels that we are inside the sauna. No shampoo, no soap. Bath towel is very small. The only good in this place is the size. »

« J'ai pas trouvé de chambre pour dormir. C'est qui va retourner mon d'argent? »

« Very clean room. Excellent value for the money. Helpful staff. »

« Only complaint, using appliances were a bit challenging. But we are from the US, it a little different. Overall, place was superb. »

« The room was spotless, and the check in staff, she was very sweet and helpful »
