Tucked into the trees on Prima Court, this spacious three-level mountain home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests across five bedrooms and four full bathrooms — an easy fit for multi-family ski trips, reunions, or any group that wants room to spread out. Unwind after a day in the mountains in the private hot tub on the large back deck, gather everyone around the gas grill, or settle in for a home-cooked meal in the well-appointed kitchen.

Main Floor

An open living room and a well-appointed kitchen with a gas range, plus dining for the whole group — a table that seats 12 and additional counter seating for 5 at the kitchen table/island. A full bathroom rounds out the main level, so guests can move easily between indoor and outdoor living without climbing stairs.

Second Floor — 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry
• Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite): 1 king bed, ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds
• Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed
• A second full bathroom and the washer/dryer are also on this level.

Lower Level — 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
• Bedroom 4: 1 king bed
• Bedroom 5: 2 double bunk beds (4 double beds total) — great for kids or larger groups
