One assigned parking space is included in the lowest level of the covered parking garage. Guests must obtain a parking hang tag from the front desk and display it in their vehicle throughout their stay.

Additional visitor parking is available for $50 per night, subject to availability. Please contact the front desk to arrange parking for an additional vehicle.

RESORT FEE
A resort fee of $50 per day applies to this property and is already included in your reservation total. No separate payment is required for this fee upon arrival.

QUIET HOURS
This home is located within a residential condominium community, and we kindly ask guests to respect neighboring residents throughout their stay. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.

SMOKING
Smoking and vaping of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and marijuana, are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 remediation fee.

As is common throughout the Vail Valley, this home does not have air conditioning. Vail`s cool mountain climate and comfortable evening temperatures typically allow the home to cool naturally by opening the windows. Ceiling fans are also available in the bedrooms for additional comfort.

Guests enjoy access to shared community amenities, including a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness room, and tennis courts. Please note that the tennis courts are currently in poor condition. Community amenities are shared with other residents and guests and are subject to HOA rules and availability.

For added security, surveillance cameras are located throughout the building`s common areas and exterior.**

OCCUPANCY
The property permits a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. Please note that the condo has two beds (one king and one queen) and does not provide a sleeper sofa or additional pullout bed.

Reservations may be subject to additional guest fees. Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the total number of guests.

EARLY CHECK-IN
Early check-in may be requested on the day of arrival through your digital guest guide. Requests are subject to availability and the cleaning team`s schedule. If approved, a $50 early check-in fee applies.

LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-outs are not permitted. Our cleaning teams operate on carefully scheduled timelines, and guests must vacate the property by the designated check-out time. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $125 fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.

BELONGINGS
Please double-check the property before departure to ensure you haven`t left any personal belongings behind. If an item needs to be shipped back to you, a $30 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply.

OWNER STORAGE
Any locked owner closets, cabinets, or designated storage areas are reserved for owner use and are not accessible to guests.

PROPANE
A propane grill is available on the private balcony for guest use.
We do not keep propane or firewood stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn`t need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we`d be happy to reimburse you!
